Very spacious with plenty of supplies like towels and beach equipment; good air conditioning; excellent maintenance of grounds. Really liked ground floor unit with access to the garden. Pool area very clean and comfortable. The major problem was accessing the unit when we arrived, information incorrect. No response when we called owner. Suggestions: Kitchen could be improved with better dishes and cutlery, much of it mismatched and no bowls and only few knives and forks. Furniture is old but functional and sofa could use a new cover because it is quite stained.
This property have been wonderfully renovated. Location is perfect. We would rent again anytime.
Beautiful vacation rental that went above and beyond our expectations. Close to the beach(Kamaole 2 which was our families favorite of the three and right across the street), beautiful grounds with lush, tropical plants, fun shops and eateries within walking distance, and a clean and updated condo that had plenty of beach supplies(cooler, umbrellas, chairs, sand toys). Property manager was easy to communicate with and an on site manager was kind and friendly, offering lots of tips for the best places to eat and visit. Would absolutely stay here again!
This condo was clean, comfortable and perfect. We were so close to the beach and slept well after a long day in the sun. Location is perfect.
The condo was super clean and cute. Great location in Kehei. Short walk to the beach (Kam 2) and shops. It was great having the beach chairs and umbrella to use. We loved walking to Fred’s for breakfast and drinks. The condo amenities were great and close to the unit as well. Would definitely stay here again!
Exceptionally clean ground floor unit especially considering it’s so close to a Hawaiian beach. Updated furnishings, artwork, counters, etc all in great condition. Hard to find any blemishes with this unit. Parking spot is the closest spot to the building which was awesome. 3 minute walk down to the popular beach. Supplied beach chairs and toys all still in great shape considering the amount of use I’m sure they get. Nice that we didn’t have to bring or rent our own. Only complaint would be a few tiny ants in the kitchen, but as long as we kept it clean and didn’t leave food out it wasn’t an issue. Air conditioning was the biggest game changer. Individual AC units in the living room and each bedroom were very responsive and made minimal sound. In early September these were a must, not sure fans would hack it during the hot season. Great location within walking distance of restaurants and a convenience store. Would definitely stay here again!
Beautiful, clean apartment in a great location only minutes to the beach. The beds were comfortable, the pack-and-play and extra beach toys (floaties, life vests, etc) were in the closet. The local beach 2 minutes away had big sea turtles cruising up and down the shoreline. What a treat!! Restaurants were a 2-5 minute walk. We loved that it was ground floor and the kids could play outside in the garden. We used the pools and BBQs too, which were so much fun for parents to relax and kids to play.
The only unpleasant things were the kids hair turning green after swimming in the pool for a long time. We could hear loud footsteps every morning from the people living above us. The master bed squeaked quite loudly as we got in and out.
Overall an excellent stay. Would stay again!
What an amazing condo, in a such a perfect location. Step outside your door and walk straight down to the beach. We’ve stayed at several units in this complex, this was our favorite. The unit has been recently updated and it was perfect, and so clean! There are well cared for beach equipment and towels for guests to use. Our girls loved playing out on the lawn right through the back patio. The owner was responsive and great with communication, but nothing was wrong so we didn’t even need to worry about anything, We’d love to stay here again!!
So convenient!! Close to beach, stores, restaurants…etc! We are ready to schedule next year already! Thank you so much for a great place!
We loved staying at this beautiful apartment and it was stocked well with kitchen appliances. The pool was dirty and not heated. Also, I’m back lawa someone was walking their dog which wasn’t a good visual since we were all walking barefoot there before seeing the dog poop and peeing grass. Location was very good otherwise and very very central to all activities. We would stay here again.
