    This second-floor,vone-bedroom condo has views of the sparkling blue waters of the Pacific Ocean, Molokai's ancient fishponds, and the island of Lanai from the lanai. Wintertime features the whales breaching in the channel and the sun setting over the ocean. This condo is furnished with a 48" smart TV and WiFi.

    Guests will have access to the sparkling outdoor pool, laundry room, and BBQs.

    WHAT’S NEARBY
    Kaunakakai Town is two miles away where you'll find groceries, art shops, gift stores, mini markets, restaurants, and equipment rentals. At the east end of Molokai, you will find great little beaches, a playground for the little ones, and a small market. On Molokai's west end, you will find some unspoiled beaches. Kepuhi Beach is great for surfing in the winter and perfect for swimming/snorkeling in the summer. Just a short walk from there and over the old golf course is Papohaku Beach, Hawaii's longest white sand beach.

    The island of Molokai is not Maui; the only way to get there is by plane. Do not attempt to book a ferry ride. There is no operating ferry, but the website is still up and taking payments.

    The condominium was perfectly located; close to the main town, airport and sites to visit. The ocean view from the deck was great. The unit was spacious for two people; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

    My wife and I have stayed in other units at the same location in years past. This unit felt very run down and tired. Initial inspection suggested the unit was clean, but later on we found the unit to be quite dirty. Walking barefoot on the floor left the soles of our feet black. The linens and towels were clean. The kitchen had a reasonable selection of materials to prepare a meal, but the one frying pan was gross and rusted. The coffee pot was unclean. The mattress in the bedroom was very old and well used. Surprisingly, it was reasonably comfortable. The Lani furniture was old and somewhat rickety and the floor was very dirty/sandy like it hadn't been swept in some time. Check in was super easy and no other issues with the unit or site. Just really disappointed with the quality of the unit. We did not feel it was reasonable for the nightly rate.

    The pool was great, the ocean view is beautiful . The room could use some improvement . There are no curtains or draperies in the living area and the sun heats it up . There is a patio screen cut the hooks are broken so it hits the railings and the neighbors let us know it was annoying . The bed needs replacing, coil springs are old and bouncy.

    It was such an amazing experience staying in Molokai. Good neighbors, feel safe all the time. Couple of people I met during the stay, they pulled up and willing to give a ride when I was walking on the street. Highly recommend visit friendly market as people are nice and friendly.

    The unit was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the view and lanai. We were comfortable in late July without air conditioning with the windows open that allowed for good ventilation. As a family of four we would stay again. I would suggest bringing ear plugs for sound in the mornings if you plan on sleeping past 8am.

    Molokai is the most low key island to visit. This accommodation is in walking distance to the main town with shopping and a bank. Molokai Shores has a group of winter residents who are friendly and will invite you to join in beach activities. For a great experience rent a four wheel drive keep or equivalent. Definitely a three star location. No night life. Good for paddle boarding and fishing. bring your own.

    Gorgeous location in a friendly development. Private, protected beach. Great for children. Wonderful sunrise and sunset views. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
