This luxury garden view 2bd 3ba condo is located at beautiful Waipouli Beach Resort & Spa on Kauai.
We are Unit #A303
Beautifully furnished and with central air for your comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked, top of the line appliances, granite countertops, and travertine flooring in the kitchen and baths. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The master has a king size bed. The second bedroom had two full beds. Both have attached full baths.

The resort features breathtaking sunrises, lazy river pool, water slides, 3 sand bottom hot tubs, kiddie pool with a beach entry, BBQ’s, fitness center and a beautiful oceanfront restaurant and bar.

The unit has 3 flat screen TV’s, which includes a smart TV in the living room. Internet is also included. Dine on your private lanai.

Located in the A building, this is the closest building to the ocean. Great access to pool, beach and restaurant but no noise. Sleep with the doors open and hear the waves. Easy access to parking and elevator.

Waipouli Beach Resort is centrally located on the island. Safeway and Starbucks right across the street.

Kauai has many activities and adventures to offer. Land, Sea & Air. The choice is yours. Or just relax at this beautiful 5star resort....

We loved the stay. The condo was clean and very accessible to both the north and the south shore. Our 2 kids enjoyed the pool. We would love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Waipouli Beach Resort. Jodi was very responsive, every question was answered speedily, and Jodi tried to accommodate every single special request. Couldn’t have asked for more. We usually prefer ocean over pool, but this pool is so fantastic that we spent a good amount of time there. Infrastructure around the condo is also great.

We loved our five-night stay here with our two kids. The pool was awesome and we had lots of room to spread out in the condo. The bathroom descriptions were a little confusing to me. The third bathroom is really just separated by a door from the primary bathroom. It’s a toilet and shower stall with a sink area separate that opens into the main tub, double sink and toilet area in the primary room. (This is more to the resort than the room but the pool area is advertised as open at 7. We have early rising kids and were down there daily at around 7:30, but the cleaners were always still cleaning different pool areas until closer to 8.)

This condo was perfect for our stay! This unit is beautiful with high-end appliances and tasteful tropical decor. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The Oasis restaurant on the property had the best food and service we experienced on the island. I still can’t get over how clean the unit was! The floors were literally squeaky clean! Washer/dryer was a great plus as well. Would love to stay again next time we are in Kapa’a.
