Very nice and accommodated our needs and checked all boxes. It was great that there were beach chairs however we found the umbrella to be damaged and it turned out to be useless and should be removed or replaced. A nice to have would be cushions for the patio furniture which we saw some other units having

4th floor could see the beach on lanai. Close to beach, nice property. Beach towels available. BBQ grills clean. Overall recommended
