Had a nice stay, place is outdated and needs a refresh. Felt very used and is musky….location and area is great though.
Overall its a good price for a great location. The management team was very responsive. However, the unit is showing its age and we had to make a few maintenance callas

Large property. Very good location. Walking distance to Haena shuttle stop in Princeville. Kitchen floor was not cleaned well. The dryer has some towels from the previous occupant and the lint screen was broken.
The condo had a lot of living space which was great for our family. The views are incredible and the close location to hideaways beach was a huge plus. We loved being able to walk over.
Beautiful location on golf course. Needs some repairs, carpet smells. We enjoyed our stay because there's no better place to be! 🌺
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely two-bedroom unit on the golf course in Princeville! We especially enjoyed breakfast on the patio each morning and coming home to the shared pool after a busy day. The location was perfect—close to beaches ideal for swimming and snorkeling, and the beach gear provided was greatly appreciated. The host was attentive and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend, and we will definitely stay here again!
Wonderful home away from home in Princeville! Close to so much and far enough away from town to really feel at peace. Golfer’s paradise! Bed was better than home. Kitchen well equipped. A bit dated regarding decor but we didn’t come to Hawaii to stay indoors. All around a fantastic condo. We’ll definitely be back!

Property was in a great location. Interior is dated, but contains everything you need. Kitchen is fully stocked. We really appreciated the beach gear and cooler!! Washer and Dryer are a bonus.
AC is not central AC, there are units in each room, they struggle a bit to keep up.
This place was beautiful! Clean and look just like the pictures. Had extra pillows and plenty of beach gear in the closets. Neighbors were friendly and helped us find some great spots for beaching and food. Pool was right across the parking lot very convenient. AC units were in each bedroom and in the main living area. Had great supplies for barbecuing and some seasonings and condiments were already there which helped a lot. Great place with definitely stay again!

Loved this place and the location! Perfect for a family of 4. Right in the heart of Princeville, close to ton of amazing beaches and Hanalei Bay.

Our family of four had a great stay at 411 Emmalani! The location is excellent, walking distance to Queen's Bath and the Hideaways beaches or an easy drive to shopping and other sites. Easy covered parking right in front of the unit and the pool/hot tub/grill is less than 50 feet away. The unit was very well stocked for cooking and beach outings, furnishings were a bit dated but clean. Our only gripe was that only four rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels were provided for our week long stay. It wasn't a big deal to buy our own but it's frustrating that more isn't provided with the high cleaning fees. Hopefully this is a holdover COVID policy that will be changed to something with more common sense soon. Otherwise, the management company was great to deal with.
Great location and large condo unit! Nice pool area. Short walk to Queens bath, Hideaway Beach and a couple restaurants… Happy Talk ( great view) and a couple pizza places. 10-15 min drive to Hanalei Bay beach/pier and shuttle for Napali coast hike. Easy walk to view sunset off the golf course. Condo was clean, spacious, quiet and had all the kitchen items needed. Great running / walking path.. for probably 4 miles or so along the road and golf course.
The town house is fantastic, the location was perfect. The only issue was the internet username and password was changed and only rectified on the Monday, we arrived on Friday.

This place was perfect for our family. The unit was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 4. The well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook meals. Also being close to the pool and BBQ grills was very convenient.

Glorious Kauai! Just a spectacular island. Great stay, super comfortable place, very good communication and assistance from staff. Place was even bigger than expected - very nice to spread out and get cozy during our stay! Location was a bit too "condo-y" and the golf crowd, but easy access to everything around. It would be nice to be able to walk to more places and not rely on car - not a lot of food, etc. nearby. Hideaways Beach is the prize for places to walk to (absolutely amazing beach!) with this location. Hanalei is also a very nice little town and any drive on the island is just beautiful. Kauai is a dream.

If you are looking for a place to just sleep and shower then this place will work. There are air conditioning units in both bedrooms and in the living area. The bedrooms cooled off nice but it the living area struggled to stay cool. It was nicer to just hang out outside. The master bedroom blinds did not offer a lot of privacy. They were like crooked and at times I didn’t feel comfortable changing in there. It also would’ve been nice to have a basic toaster instead of a toaster oven. The people around us were super nice and we enjoyed our stay. This location is in walking distance to queens bath and hideaway beach. Nothing appears upgraded in the unit. I wouldn’t stay in this unit again just because there are way too many options in princeville.
