We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The lanai was amazing. Location within the complex was unbeatable. The place itself was so well stocked (kitchen essentials, towels and comfortable accommodations). Be sure to use the grill and pool. We are sad to leave and wish we could stay longer.

We loved this condo. It was perfectly upgraded inside. Very comfortable King bed and a great shower in the bathroom. The condo had everything we needed, we especially appreciated the insuite laundry. The lani was wonderful for a view of the garden and ocean. The property was immaculately maintained and being on the ocean was great. Knutson was great with all details regarding arrival etc and contacting us during our stay for any questions. We would definately stay here again. Thank you.

Great location, sunset views and proximity to shoreline!3rd floor peek a boo of ocean nice. Close to elevator. Interior furniture shows wear and should be replaced, not deserving of price paid, unsatisfactory response from management
This was our second stay in this unit just different time frame and it was still a lovely well appointed unit. Management was on top of any questions or concerns as usual. Getting into and on property was well communicated via email (it would be nice if this was also in the VRBO app but it wasn’t an issue). It’s just a lovely place to be. Once again I’d highly recommend!

Casa is a quiet, ocean-front complex.Unit 302 is comfortable and has all the things needed to have a home away from home, including a/c.The management team responded quickly to any inquiries during our stay.It was wonderful to be in a condo complex right on the ocean for the start of our time on the Big Island. It was a great location for stores and services in Kona, and for easy access to beaches south on the island. The complex has two nice pools, a sandy beach and a great area for gathering near the barbeques and watching the sunsets. Amazing sunsets! Great bird-watching in the gardens.For future trips, we would likely choose to stay here longer. It was a pleasure.
We are big fans of Casa de Emdeko and have stayed there 15-20 times over the past many years. We chose this unit this time because it is near the elevator with no stairs required for access. My husband uses a w/c for distance but can walk a short distance. It was a lovely unit and worked well for us. We hope to return.
Communication was excellent the entire time and the location was just perfect. Easy and clear checking instructions and such a cute place! Highly recommend
Casa De Emdeko is quiet, has good amenities, and it is close enough to Kona's tourist beachfront to provide convenient access.

Clean, comfortable, and relaxing condo with a beautiful ocean view. Coffee on the lanai each morning while looking out over the ocean was one of the best parts of the trip. The bathroom was updated nicely; the kitchen was updated and stocked with all the right cooking and dining utensils; the A/C worked great; and parking was secure and easy. The beach supplies (beach towels, cooler, etc) were a nice bonus. Overall a great condo and we look forward to returning.

We recently stayed at Casa De Emdeko and were not pleased with a few issues.On our arrival there was broken glass on the bench top next to the oven and also on the floor next to the oven.Our biggest complaint is that we had no kettle, it was a tedious job boiling water on the stove top. The bathroom was well presented and clean.The Floors also were clean.The lounge was not particularly comfortable.The Lanai chairs and table were not easy for dining because it was difficult to move the chairs close to the table.The amount of detergents supplied were not adequate for a two week stay.

I love the location and surroundings
Absolutely loved our stay at this property!! Everything was perfect from the initial booking to arrival, we had zero issues and enjoyed a very comfortable stay! Will be booking again the next time we visit the Big Island for sure!
Recently renovated,quiet one bedroom. Apartment is well equipped with beach chairs and cooler, kitchen has everything you need.
