Really enjoyed the ability to walk right out and have the beach, water, a grassy area, the pool and a shower for rinsing off right there. Also, nice to sleep with sliding doors open, and fall asleep to waves crashing. The unit needs some updating, especially the balcony furniture. Didn' spend much time inside.
We stayed at the Mana Kai 25 years ago on our honeymoon and returned to celebrate our anniversary. Absolutely love the location and feel of this resort. The beach is great for swimming and snorkeling and the grounds are clean and beautiful.
The room was great, nice kitchen with everything we needed and very comfortable bed! We will be back!
The unit was just fine and served our needs. It’s a bit dated and shows wear and tear, but it was fine.
The location is awesome. Access to the beach and the ability to rent paddle boards downstairs was perfect!
Fantastic views, clean space and all we needed. Plenty of kitchen items to do whatever you needed. Loved the location. A little dated, but not an issue for us and you really don’t spend time inside because of all the awesome views! Loved that you could get chairs for free and the general store was excellent.
Great ocean view and convenient access to one of these best beaches on this side of Maui. This Condo/Hotel is also situated on the same strip of many of the luxury resorts, providing plenty of options for dining and recreation.
This location can’t be beat. We swam at the beach every day. The condo has every thing you need and is well stocked. We liked the store in the lobby and the view!!! It is older and showing some wear. It is not fancy but it meets all your needs,
Located right on a beautiful beach, this was exactly what we were looking for.
We had a fantastic stay here. Great location and nice ocean view. Although the apartment itself is a bit dated, it was all very clean and offered everything that we could’ve needed. Snorkeling close by was a big plus. Would definitely recommend this place.

The perfect spot for my family of 3. Hope this units available our next trip to Kihei! The beach is amazing and the condo came with everything we needed.

In future, you might remove the unusabe lamps, boxes of paint, extra deck chairs, vacumn cleaner box etc. I have rearranged the closets, so as to more space for our personal things. Perhaps clean out necessary items from underneath the kitchen sink. Otherwise the unit was pretty clean, but it would be nice to have a spray bottle of cleaner like vinigar and water, to clean the deck furniture, tables, toilet, sinks etc. 3.5 weeks is a long time without these items. We enjoyed our stay in the Ocean front condo on the beach at Mana Kai. Check in via Vacasa was a little confusing as the national office said they emailed us with the check in door code but nothing about the code was in the email. Only when we texted did we get a lovely response from the local Vacasa representative with the check in code
Unit is a bit worn with no updates in many years. Furniture on the Lanai should be thrown out as the glass table top was fractured in several places and chairs were very worn. Two beach chairs were functional but so old that carry straps were worn through. All told we enjoyed the location and view. Local Vacasa representative was very responsive to our needs.

The location was depicted accurately! Once you walk out the beach was right there. The view from the lanai was amazing.

The location of the room was fantastic! There used to be a restaurant, but not right now. The unit was fine and had everything we needed. Would recommend replacing lanai furniture, and bathroom door.

Our room 211A was for the most part clean however, the unit is in serious need of remodeling. It’s old and very outdated. Cabinets are funky as well as the faucet in the bathroom. Tub has big water stain and the shower curtain wasn’t properly attached. Kitchen not that well appointed. Dirt on all the fan blades. Outdoor furniture old and stained as well as the table having several cracks in it. Backside of bathroom door was chipped along the bottom. The whole unit was old and not not worth the price that we paid.
