The only good thing about this property is the location. Very run down. Dishwasher is not attached to the cabinet. Mirror on the lanai is cracked and taped. Cone coffee filters for a non cone pot. The AC is totally inadequate-- the bedroom never cools off.

Convenient location only 15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Kihei. Staying at this location does mean you're dependent on a car though as the ocean in front of the building is not swimmable.

Watching whales while sharing meals on the deck and practicing yoga while listening and watching ocean waves. Super relaxing and unforgettable experience!

Great location and absolutely lovely walkout and whale viewing patio! Although the unit hasn't been updated it was exactly what my two adult children and I wanted out of the rental a place: a comfortable, clean, stress free and convenient spot to base our adventures from. I would 100% stay there again.
I would be hard pressed to recommend this place until it receives a much needed facelift. Sure, it was clean and matched the description, and the grounds themselves are really quite nice, but a lot of little things made it less enjoyable. The bed is awful and creaked everytime I rolled over, the ceiling fan in the bedroom makes a clicking or grinding noise, and the bedroom is right beside the koi pond (keep in mind the windows aren't air tight so you hear everything happening outside in the hallway). Needless to say we didn't sleep well. Moving into the kitchen the dishwasher has a broken bottom tray. One side of the tray is balancing on one roller. The price we paid for the week is enough to buy a whole new dishwasher, so what's the delay replacing the tray? The knives in the knife block were dangerously dull and need some sharpening - or just replace them all together. Everything else was great - there was a goody bag for us, towels, and like I said, it was clean and otherwise cared for. Great ocean views and whale watching right from the patio, and very central location if you plan to explore the island. Just really needs updating...
great place to stay if you want a relaxing time with a great view and quiet. in the middle of the island to stay which is easy to get to where ever you want to go.
