Perfect location for us. The beach was not crowded and was very peaceful. Condo was well stocked and had everything we needed for the week. Would stay here again.
The property had a great location, right on the water, great view, great pool area and green area. The condo kitchen was well stocked, the condo itself definitely needs some paint and cleaning or maybe a total refresh with new carpet/flooring. The biggest issue was that the dryer vent empties into the shower just over the shower head and sends a lot of lint and dust bunnies everything you turn on the light/vent! Awful! They cleaned it for me but it is bad again after 4 days. Will look for a newer unit next time!

We quite enjoyed our stay. The view was absolutely divine and the sound of the waves very relaxing. The complex is centrally located and convenient to other areas of the island. On the downside, the furniture was somewhat dated (but functional), the condo could use a thorough cleaning and we found the bed too firm for our liking.

Private, quaint, clean and perfect amenities. All we had to do was buy a few groceries and owners of 434 had all we needed for a week from coffee filters to a clutch cooler and beach chairs. Water was hot, bed comfy, air conditioning/fans were perfect and having a dish washer and clothes washes and dryer was clutch. The views with the huge sliding doors were all i needed to see though. Everything else was a bonus. 100% staying here again.
Love Sugar beach. Love that we can leave our room and walk down to the ocean no need to get in the car or cross any roads to sit Oceanside.
Loved the view from the Lani, having coffee each morning was breathtaking.
we greatly enjoyed our stay. condo location was great with the beach right outside our back door and easy access to anywhere you’d like to drive. condo is a bit out of date (toilet makes loud noises frequently and kitchen sink faucet needs replaced) but everything did the job! AC in the unit was good aswell. would stay again!
When I read some of the reviews and seen the things that needed fixing. I thought for sure by the time we got there they would be fixed since they were not all big expenses. It does not appear that any got fixed. Very disappointing. We pay a lot of money to come here and there are many units to choose from. This Unit will not be our next choice.

Nice quiet area. Beach off the deck. Whales whales, a shark, turtles all for your viewing pleasure. Had everything we needed. It could use a deep clean but all surface areas were well cleaned. A very nice stay.
Great condo with an amazing view! This condo had everything we needed for a short stay. The only disappointing factor was when I asked about doing a late checkout I received a note from property mgmt that it would cost $50. Other than that, I would stay here again and would highly recommend to others.
The view and location is great, but the unit needs a few minor things fixed. Bed is really hard. Toilet tank valve squawks/squeals for 30sec after every flush. The light over the stove is out. Three different TV remotes had dead batteries. The overhead kitchen lights are too bright...need a dimmer switch.

We stayed at both Wailea & Kaanapali and wanted a change. I was better than other two if you want to relax but still be around the best food. It’s like a private beach. Sugar beach is underrated. The water is so relaxing. Always have pool noodle just incase, but it’s not as steep as Kaanapali. The unit has all that we need. We never been this close to the water. Some furnitures are old but the view supersedes all the little flaws. My kids love every minute.

We loved our stay at Sugar Beach. The room was clean, we had a gorgeous view. It was quiet, away from the busyness of Kihei. The beach was never busy. Would definitely stay here again.

Sugar Beach is the best, albeit pricy, but hey, if you want to step outside and right onto the sand, its gonna cost ya. Have stayed here 4 times now and it is always consistently good. Recommended!

Very nice condo over looking the ocean. Great place to come back to after long day exploring or sitting by the beach. Very nice pool/ hot tub set up. Quick drive into very nice town area. Highly recommend!!

Room accommodations were excellent with no issues. Resort is located less than 20 minutes from the airport and easy accessible to and from the major roads.
