Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great condo with an amazing view! This condo had everything we needed for a short stay. The only disappointing factor was when I asked about doing a late checkout I received a note from property mgmt that it would cost $50. Other than that, I would stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

The view and location is great, but the unit needs a few minor things fixed. Bed is really hard. Toilet tank valve squawks/squeals for 30sec after every flush. The light over the stove is out. Three different TV remotes had dead batteries. The overhead kitchen lights are too bright...need a dimmer switch.

We stayed at both Wailea & Kaanapali and wanted a change. I was better than other two if you want to relax but still be around the best food. It’s like a private beach. Sugar beach is underrated. The water is so relaxing. Always have pool noodle just incase, but it’s not as steep as Kaanapali. The unit has all that we need. We never been this close to the water. Some furnitures are old but the view supersedes all the little flaws. My kids love every minute.

We loved our stay at Sugar Beach. The room was clean, we had a gorgeous view. It was quiet, away from the busyness of Kihei. The beach was never busy. Would definitely stay here again.

Sugar Beach is the best, albeit pricy, but hey, if you want to step outside and right onto the sand, its gonna cost ya. Have stayed here 4 times now and it is always consistently good. Recommended!

Very nice condo over looking the ocean. Great place to come back to after long day exploring or sitting by the beach. Very nice pool/ hot tub set up. Quick drive into very nice town area. Highly recommend!!
