This is a well maintained property with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen had everything we needed. An updated washer/dryer worked well. We appreciated the keyless entry.C417 is away from elevator noise and has a lovely view of Haleakala and a peek a boo view of the ocean. So easy to walk to restaurants or shops which are just a block away.
So, all in all we had a great stay. The place is very close to great beaches and great restaurants. However, we choose vacation rentals because I love to cook. The problem with this unit is the utensils were very poor. I could barley cut vegetables with the knives and the pans were a little older and cooking eggs on them, let's just say half the eggs remained in the pan.
Also, we didn't exactly like no A/C in the bedroom. Thankfully it is not June, July or August where temperatures are much warmer.
We had a little issue with cockroaches, but that is expected in the islands.
The condo was clean, plenty of room for 2 adults with 2 teens, I loved that it had a washer/dryer. Close to a great beach and the swimming pools were nice. If you have little kids with a lot of energy these pools would be harder because there are a lot of rules.
main bed very comfortable, pull out bed is a bit springy. The condo had everything we needed for the beach or cooking. I would book this condo again.
Unit was very nice and enjoyed my stay. The sofa could use some improvement but that's it.
LOVED OUR ROOMS. BEAUTIFUL VIEW AND BEAUTIFUL GARDENS. WOULD RECOMMEND. CLOSE TO BEACH AND MAUI SUNSETS.

Clean, safe, appliances worked great, good airflow through the unit, comfortable bed, beach and coastal walk one block away, beach chairs and umbrella, safe in the room, assigned parking spot for vehicle. Beautiful place to stay and relax.
We love it's clean and convenient. The vacasa service is very good.
The property was situated very conveniently to many area attractions. We were able to walk to numerous places and enjoy everything Kihei had to offer.
Nice property. Could use a few updates. Place was not very clean when we got there. Absolutely nothing left there from previous tenants
