Loved the view, well equipped with all you need.
Can't say enough good things. Second time in kihei Akahi condos, first time in c504. Suite is fully stocked; kitchen, linens, beach supplies. The area itself has everything you need. We'll be back again next year
We usually have a lot of activities planned when we visit Maui but this trip was more about efficiency and wedding planning so this was a perfect location for us to just unplug and so very close to the beach. Just a 3 minute walk from the unit straight down to Kamaole II Beach which is located just across the street.
Kihei is a great place to visit. And Kihei Akahi is a great place to stay. All you need is here or very close by.
Older condo but well maintained right across the street from the beach.
Condo was equipped as advertised, very clean throughout (only exception is the carpet, but if you wear slippers it's not a big deal). AC works well when needed and having a couple of stand fans was perfect to keep the air circulating. The beach gear was great, chairs with zipper pockets that actually zipped! Ample snorkel gear and boogie boards to keep everyone occupied. Condo is located away from the elevator which makes a big difference in the evenings. You are also provided lots of supplies like soap and paper products which made it comfortable from the start. The only thing missing were filters that fit the coffee pot but we bought a pack and left them for the folks to come. This is one of the best units in the Kihei Akahi in my opinion.

This was a great place for all the basic necessities for our 4 day stay in Maui. Awesome location to get to the beach, very clean, front office was super helpful for check in and easy check out. The only thing I'd warn is if you absolutely need a good AC this is probably not the place - the bedroom has a ceiling fan and a floor fan which I appreciated but the condo was pretty warm at all times of day, even with the AC in the living room running. Otherwise, great bang for your buck!

Beautiful condo located in the heart of everything in South Kihei. We walked to everything and had immediate access to a lovely beach. Great space with plenty of amenities and comfort. We can't wait to come back soon!

The views were very nice from this unit. Kitchen was well stocked. Our only complaint was the temperature in the master bedroom but we knew that before booking. There’s just one air conditioner unit out in the living room and the bedroom really is warm at night even with the AC in the living room on. We would still come back to this unit and we would recommend the location it’s across from the Best Beach in Kihei!

This was perfect for the 2 of us. Clean and came with all the things you need for a get away. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away. ALOHA
Great location, close to the beach and shopping establishments.
The 5th floor view to the ocean as well as mountain was amazing. The location is walking distance to restaurants as well as the beach.
They forgot to clean the drawers so I did it before using it. Some of the items in pantree were expired like hot chocolade, tea, etc.
All together it worth it to stay in the condo. The complex has two pools which were very clean.
I do recommend the condo.
