These spacious rentals, set in beautifully landscaped grounds, are an ideal setting for a relaxing sun-soaked vacation. Catch some rays next to one of two pools on the property, choose to play some tennis at the on-site tennis court, or toss a Frisbee around on the sprawling grass lawns. All condos also have free WiFi access. The outdoor barbeque areas are a must for grilling the perfect dinner, and you'll love indulging in a night out at a large selection of nearby restaurants in Kihei or Wailea. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    Location, Location, Location :) We have family in South Kihei and know this location well. It is a great location to head anywhere on the island. Many walkable places to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. The condo was just as advertised, stocked fairly well with paper towels & TP, soaps and lotion.

    We suggest the owner replace the mattress. The topper meant to extend its life can not make up for a new mattress. The bedroom needs black-out draperies. Otherwise we enjoyed the unit very much. Everything worked well. Great location over the pool with an ocean peak.

    The department has a very good location. fully equipped kitchen. assured rest (very calm and quiet). It lacks maintenance, and it is a bit expensive due to the conditions (poor price-quality ratio). it is for 3 people. We had a beautiful week in Maui!

    Everything about our stay was terrific. Condo was very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Location was great for access to beach, dining and shopping. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend. Thanks!!

    This condo was nicely equipped for a week of beach relaxation. The kitchen appliances and countertops were recently updated and when we arrived we found the unit clean. This is an older unit, so do not be caught off guard. Additionally please note that if you arrive after 5 pm you will not be able to get a parking permit that day. We did not get a citation but a gentle warning to register with the desk. I think a refresh of the bathroom, and lanai would really take this to the next level of comfort
