We only stayed 2 nights at this property but it clean and very well stocked. Great central location in Maui. Would stay again.
This condo was so perfect for our quick stay in Maui. The location is central to everything. The view from the lanai is amazing! The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need. We would definitely come back!
This condo is on the 2nd floor and the view is picture perfect. We have stayed at Sugar Beach before and knew it was the place for us again. It is centrally located on the island and has plenty of shops, grocery stores and restaurants a few minutes south of the condo. The condo was updated, spacious and most importantly air conditioned. The kitchen contained everything you might need to prepare a quick meal. I saw beach chairs, snorkel gear and other equipment to use. The parking lot fills up at night but we never had an issue with a parking spot. The pool and large hot tub are also a bonus, as is the easy access to a perfect beach, worthy of the name Sugar Beach. Communication with Vacasa, the owner's booking agent was easy and they responded in quick fashion to several issues that arose. It does show rental wear, what condo doesn't? I would stay here again.

The location was phenomenal. The room was comfortable and up to date. The wi-fi wasn’t spectacular, but who cares when you’re at such an awesome place.
This property was perfect for our first trip to Maui! Gorgeous balcony overlooking a beautiful sand beach. We walked about five miles round trip along the beach our first morning. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast each day. The bed was a little small, but very comfortable. We used the beach chairs, and there were plenty of other items to use at the beach in the storage unit on the balcony. The pool and hot tub are nice. We enjoyed drinks while lounging in the chairs in the grassy area overlooking the beach. Close to great restaurants and all the attractions. Great stay!!
Great room, very accessible and centrally located. The pool and hot tub were always the perfect temp. Dina’s sandwitch shop was great! The customer service team was always available to answer my questions quickly! Would love to stay here again.
The condo is exactly as stated on the listing. The condo was up-to-date. It was clean and most importantly it was accessible to many areas in Maui very easily. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly look to staying here again. Should we ever venture back to Maui.
Stay was as listed, absolutely beautiful!
Well equipped unit. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Building is a bit tired. Had issue with clogged bathroom sink and hot water. Vacasa support staff were very responsive. Resort staff were nice as well. Four stars based on value and property condition. Condo by itself was 5 stars. Maui can be really expensive to stay. Appreciated all the kitchen amenities so we could eat in. Boogie boards were great to use. Not far from everything driving.
