- Ground floor units have foliage surrounding each lanai so there is a sense of privacy, even with neighboring units.
- Love walking the beaches from the boat launch through Wailea-lovely 3 mile round trip beach walk. Great turtle viewing right across from MK at the Pu Trail.
- Appreciated well stocked kitchen and enough to, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent for our stay. Also appreciate boogie boards, chairs etc.
-note that hair dryers for bath rooms need to be replaced. One has no warm air; the other is full on all the time.
They had everything you needed, was a very quiet peaceful place to stay! Will stay here next time we come to Maui!
We had a very nice and relaxing time, felt like home. We live on Big Island, and have island hopped several times, and this is the nicest place we've stayed. It was relaxing and felt like home. The area is very nice, you get the Wailea feel without the price, and are very close to the nice beaches.
Will definitely stay here on our next visit to Maui.
Also, Vacasa was seamless to work with, super easy and very clear directions, with very little effort.
This unit is very nice - while it doesn't have an ocean view, it has a lovely garden lanai, with pretty artwork, nice furnishings and lush plantings. The unit is well furnished with a very comfortable bed, and fully appointed kitchen. Overall, I would recommend this unit, particularly as Vacasa headquarters in Oregon listened to our concerns when we came back home and have remedied the inconvenience and loss of service, we had during an unexpected exterior painting project across the units in our building. Local staff were seemingly overwhelmed and were unable to communicate changes in schedules and impacts to the use of the condo due to multiple days of the painting crew needing access to our lanai. While these things happen, it's important the property manager steps up. Because of Vacasa's responsiveness and understanding to the impacts on us, we will definitely utilize their services again and rent this unit again in the future.

This condo is conveniently located to nearby restarant, shops and beaches. Our unit happened to be across the street from the pool so it was easy to get in those quick swims. The hot tub was hot enough at 104 degrees. The condo includes a dedicated parking spot. It was fully stocked with the necessities one needs on a vacation. We enjoyed our stay.

Pull out had sand and dirt in it when we arrived. Also there was only 3 beach towels and 1 good beach chair which was disappointing. Emailed manager about this and they never replied. The patios are not well kept the one had broken tiles and garbage in the planters and under the A/C unit. There was also only 2 dish detergents for a family of 4 for 10 days which we have never been restricted on with previous rentals. The kitchen had good utensils and such, the location was great overall if you don’t plan on spending time in the unit it was good not great.

We loved being able to walk to the boat launch and easily drive to many lovely beaches. Pool was welcoming, close and warm. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. You can’t beat the weather in Kehei!

This is a very nicely furnished condo in a great complex. It’s close to the best beaches, fun restaurants and convenient stores. The bed is super comfy, an in-unit washer/dryer is great, and the patio is super for eating al fresco! We would definitely return.
Overall a nice and well equipped condo. The beach supplies were mostly above average. However there were a couple disppointments: 1) a previous review from Feb '22 mentioned "nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs" However, there was only ONE Tommy Bahama chair. However, they are availble to rent from Boss Frog for $20 a week. 2) the listing mentions a "partial ocean view". There is no ocean view of any kind. I can see how maybe there was at one time before the palms overgrew. My opinion is the palms need to be trimmed back a bit. The lanai seems taken over by the palms in my opinion.

We loved this property, how well maintained the grounds were and all this condo offered. Beautiful lanai with a great sounds of birds, water fountain and fresh air. Having two spacious bathrooms and the living space was incredible. We loved the kitchen and all that was available to cook meals as we wanted. The pool and hot tub were beautiful near the K area and the grounds were very well taken care of.
We will definitely revisit this spacious and great location condo.

Condo was so cozy and very pretty! We loved eating breakfast on the lania to the sound of water from the small fountain. The location was great, right across from the lower pool/office area. You could easily walk to Kamaole III Beach but we choose to drive and had no problem finding parking. Furnishings were very comfortable. We especially loved the palm tree lights at night, so cozy! Kitchen had everything you need to cook (lots of spices and saran wrap/wax paper/foil as well). Two propane grills nearby. Lots of beach equipment (boggie board, snokel and mask, several sets of fins, 2 chairs, 3 umbrellas, lots of pool noodles, 4 big beach towels). Two large screen TVs, DVD players, stereo. We had a lovely time staying here, loved coming back in the evening to such a beautiful place. Would love to stay here again and the grounds are just beautiful. Highly recommended.

The unit was clean and updated. The chairs in living room were very comfy. Area was quiet and unit is very close to pool and hot tub. Convenient location to many great beaches. We brought our own snorkel gear, but there was some in the unit that could be used.
