The property is very well maintained and the condo was clean, comfortable and conveniently located.Would definitely recommend!
Everything was great and the property is in a great location. The room had more stuff than expected and saved us from having to rent items for the beach. Will book here again!
Due to the high winds we had a horrible smell when you were outdoors at the beach or at the pool. I understand about the problem but letting the customers know about this stench and let them decide if they want to stay here. I was not the only person staying here that disliked the smell
Very cozy with plenty of amenities
This was our 4th trip to Maui and we decided to return this year and try some new locations, so we first stayed at a hotel at Napili Bay for 5 nights, then came to Sugar Beach Resort for 5 nights. The unit was pretty much as expected and had everything we needed. The Kihei area was a lot nicer than I had expected. We really enjoyed our long walks on the beach and being so centrally located.

Clean, quiet and very nice
Very comfortable bed and linens. Plenty of Towels and kitchen Utensils and good pans for cooking. Appreciated the laundry detergent for in unit washer/dryer. Tommy Bahama beach chairs umbrellaused almost dail very nice pool and Hot tub beach chairs and co

Location at Sugar Beach is truly lovely. Condo faces beach with nice lanai overlooking the ocean framed with beautiful Palm trees. Could use a refresh in bath and paint. Lighting very poor in kitchen and bedroom. Appliances were newer and kitchen well equipped. View was just lovely.
Such a great place to stay for our time in Maui. Sugar Beach is very peaceful and the property is so pretty. It’s a quick beach walk away from Sugar Beach Bakeshop and Ululanis (both delicious). We would absolutely stay here again. So thankful for our time here 😊

We loved our unit! Everything we needed was provided and the access to the beach was great! We had beautiful views from our balcony! We would definitely stay here again, hopefully in the same unit! We had a wonderful vacation.
The resort was convenient! The whole island was easy to reach from this location. Dina’s restaurant and bar onsite was an added bonus. The condo had chairs, a cooler and all amenities needed for a great vacation. Having the ocean view added to the bliss.

return trip to Sugar Beach
We had a beautiful Honeymoon spent at this lovely condo. Very well appointed and decorated with the perfect amount of Island artwork, and extremely comfortable furnishings.
You can not beat the view! Waves lapping at your toes as you walk this wonderful stretch of beautiful, clean beach.
We met some amazing new friends while soaking in the hot tub after a refreshing swim in the pool.
We will be back!
Our expectations were met, except a few things that can be improved and some that cannot be:
1. The bedroom is windowless. Perhaps, bright concealed lighting can mitigate this big negative a little bit.
2. The bed was very uncomfortable and shaky - should be fixed.
3. Bathroom does not have a tap - perhaps a handheld shower head may solve this issue. At least, a plastic bucket with a mug should be placed.

From Luau in Lahaina to driving in our rented BMW convertible The Road to Hana- to our Anniversary dinner at Mamas Fish House- it was a perfect trip! Always coming “Home” to our Sugar Beach condo to watch the sunset! No need to stay anywhere else.

Updated condo with everything you will need for you stay including a well stocked kitchen (appliances and utensils) as well as everything you would need for a day at the beach( chairs, umbrella, boogie board, small cooler). We loved watching the whales from the balcony. Also great spot to sip your morning coffee in the morning and watch the sunset in the evening. Check in and checkout were a breeze.

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and the bed was very comfortable. I think I slept better here than at home! The sound of the ocean waves and the breeze made this a great environment. We even used the snorkeling gear one day. The condo is very quiet, minus the roosters 🐓 . I highly recommend this condo and would come back again.
Location to beach is great as well as the view. Good amenities on site. Unit is quite nice overall, bed comfy. Bathroom could use some work though. Doesn't keep with the other updated areas so that was a let down. Linens could use an upgrade, polyester is a no go for us to sleep on so we bought some cotton ones and that worked better. Nice kitchen and deck area. Would stay there again.
