We had a great stay in this apartment. It was clean upon arrival. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 babies). Location is good, within a short drive from different beaches and food options. Both pools in the complex are nice, the south one is a 2 min walk. Pool rules are a little too strict for kids to be honest, but we managed

The property is well situated with a view of the Kihei marina and the ocean beyond, and in easy walking distance to thd Kamaole III beach. The grounds and swimming pools are very pleasant and well maintained.

Great location. Very clean condo with everything we needed for an amazing stay. Bed was super comfy. The AC was ICE cold! Nice views from the lanai. Definitely would stay here again.
We absolutely loved the condo! It had everything. I was very appreciative of the two days worth of coffee and snacks left for us on arrival as we arrived very late and that was our breakfast!
The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars was because there were some bugs. The unit was sprayed while we were there and we still saw them. We have been to Hawaii many times and are aware of keeping the counters clean so I'm not sure what the issue was.
We were also happy to have air-conditioning, a first aid kit for an unfortunate blister, and we really enjoyed using the beach chairs and snorkels at the beach.
We would rent it again and hope to return soon!
Perfect walking distance between the busy town of south kihei for food, shops etc and the resort area of Wailea for long strolls on the ocean path and high end hotels. Lovely sunsets right on the grass at the end of your patio- no need to look any further.
Cute condo with great sunset views. A bonus was our dock for Molokini snorkeling trip was right across the street!
The location is good, close enough to walk to the beach, but away from the traffic. Patio great for most of the day.
