Clean, easy beach access and excellent communal bbqs
Have been staying at the Hale for over 20 years, and in 143 several times. It's a part of our family tradition! First time we've ever been a part of a noise complaint and believe me - this was a quiet stay for us. Not sure if it's long-term residents or if we were caught up with a different group of guests.. A bit alarming to hear threats of having our vacation cut short delivered via note-on-the-door and a text message... But it seems to have been resolved without further issue. I'd recommend a more thorough review of noise complaints and guest communication processes in order to avoid future confusion.

Lots of food options nearby and close to the beach park. However, I need to drive around to find a parking spot after returning late at night. Also, I found ants coming out from the sink. Anyway, my parents find this condo better than hotel rooms (which were super expensive at the time I booked).
Beautiful grounds, great location, excellent unit, fully equipped. Overall a 9/10 experience.
Minor gripes - since only AC unit is in bedroom, would appreciate it if ceiling fan in living room working properly (I think it needs replacing, barely turns even on full high setting).
Unit was spotlessly clean but carpet kind of in need of replacement now/soon. Truthfully, carpet in a seaside resort is odd.
Also, pool was quite cold. Cold enough that some people wouldn't go in it.
Nothing that would keep us from coming back though!
This condo is a cozy and comfortable place to stay that is well located for the beach and for the town of Kihei. The complex has really nice residence and has everything we needed for our family including large grassy lawn, a pool and a barbecue area. The owners left a lovely touch when they gave us a gift bag. We felt very welcome..
The location was well positioned near restaurants as well as the beach. Loved the back porch for breakfasts as it had well-kept grounds, and overall it was a very pleasant and quiet complex. Comfortable king bed was a plus.
I recently stayed at this lovely accommodation in Kihei and was impressed with many aspects of it, earning a solid five stars in most areas. The cleanliness and provision of all necessary amenities made my stay very comfortable. However, there was a significant downside: the ambient noise. Sleeping with open windows was nearly impossible due to constant AC noise and a strange, intermittent acoustic sound that activated every other minute and lasted for 30 seconds. Additionally, the construction of the building seemed to amplify noises, especially from other guests using the stairs. While the place was excellent in every other aspect, the noise issue was a notable drawback that affected the overall experience.
Great location! Close to beach, shops, etc. The condo, however, was not worth the money paid. Small & cramped for 3, a/c unit was quite noisy. Perhaps it forced us tostay out as much as possible😀

This condo was perfect for our stay. Good location, clean, and comfortable. We had a little mishap when the chain on the fan broke and vacasa immediately responded to fix it for us.
My parents slept comfortably in the bedroom while I slept on the futon in the living room. It was surprisingly more comfortable than it looked!
I would recommend this place for anybody wanting to stay in Kihei.
