    Great view. Just as every other condo here, could use some upgrading and a bit more "spring" cleaning. Love the location. Needs a new tv in it for the after beach relax.

    We considered it ideal. The property is up a little hill with the patio facing west. We had beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets. The beach was just across the street, which allowed for easy morning walks along it. The condo was clean and had many items for your use that were thoughtful. i.e. beach chairs, beach umbrella, a cooler and even a boogie board. It was smallish and the circuits kept tripping when we tried to use both hair dryers at the same time but I would highly recommend it.

    We had the best stay at kihei Akahi apt D515 this passed week. It’s our 3rd time staying in the D building which is located at the top of the hill and the 5th floor view from the Lanai makes waking up in Maui so amazing as well as the sunsets. The apartment is located all the way down at the end of the building which offers beautiful views of Haleakala from one of the bedrooms All of the amenities were perfect and often used, the beds are comfy and the grounds and services are on point. One helpful upgrade would be to add a couple Tommy Bahama beach chairs as the ones available there are pretty old, beat up and hard to carry down to the beach with other beach stuff. We will be back again and will seek out D515 for sure.
