Amazing views from the balcony every morning & evening! 2nd time we’ve stayed here, awesome communication with host! Was great the kitchen had everything you would need. They went the extra mile and even had coffee pods and drip waiting. The condo was super clean very comfortable and will defiantly stay on our next trip.
The kitchen and bathroom were very nice and the new. The carpet was pretty undesirable. There is not central air. This should be listed in the description. There is a small, old pool. The location is very loud and wakes you up early in the morning. The ocean is right there, but not clearest.
The property location left a lot to be desired. Located next to a busy road and service station. The pictures on-line only showed the views from the back deck overlooking the beach. The property was clean.
If you're looking for a picturesque view. Book it. With the back door open and the front window open. The breeze is amazing! All the amenities you'll need for your stay are there. There is a bit of road noise, but close the bedroom window at night. All is good.
We enjoyed the condo so much! Everything was immaculate and just as advertised. Perfect location for our daily adventures. Highly recommend!
We loved the lanai and even saw humpbacks and turtles while sitting out there! The central location was perfect for us and we appreciated being away from the hustle and bustle of resort areas.
We enjoyed our one week stay at this property. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was particularly well-stocked, much better than most rentals, with all the utensils, appliances, etc that one might need. There were beach towels and beach chairs that were great to have. The bed was comfortable. The location was convenient for travel to both the south and north of the island - as first-time visitors, that worked well for us. There are also a lot of great restaurants and good shopping nearby, as well as beaches within walking distance, and it is close to the Wailua River and Lydgate Beach, which was one of only a couple of beaches that were safe for snorkeling when we were there. The ocean view is nice and in the living area the sound of waves drowns out the noise from the highway, which passes very close to the condo. In the bedroom, the street noise can be loud, earplugs were essential for me. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom only - it kept the room a comfortable temp on warm days, but was noisy. Fortunately, it was cool enough in December that we didn't always need it. There are fans in both the living and bedroom. I was disappointed that the pool was uncomfortably cold. The whole time we were there I never saw anyone using it, and I certainly didn't. Despite that, the condo was a well-located, nicely-appointed home base for exploring the island.
We loved this place. Beach next door is great for morning sunrises. Lanai offered wonderful view of the ocean. We saw whales and sea turtles swim by. The condo catches the prevailing breeze and we didn't use the a/c much. Location is close but not to airport too close to the airport, and all tsightseeing.
It was our first time in Kauai, so we weren't sure where to stay, and this condo was perfect. We rented a car and did day trips to Hanalei, Poipu, Waimea canyon, and plenty of local beaches from this convenient spot, then came back and relaxed with the great ocean view on the lanai.
The view is amazing. Everything was clean and well stocked. The location is great for walking to shopping/food/entertainment. Con’s Master is nothing special dark and small. I personally would have preferred the view from the master bedroom, but still the bed was comfortable and such just not romantic if those are the vibes you’re looking for. Also no full length mirror was disappointing. That’s an easy upgrade I think most woman would appreciate! Overall a great little place on the most beautiful island. I can’t wait to go back!
The property we booked was still undergoing renovations a couple days before we were to arrive, The property manager, Cindy, reached out to let us know that though the condo we booked was not quite ready for our arrival- she kindly booked us into another nearby condo just steps away from the one originally chosen. It was a wonderful alternative, close to the original location and was a definite upgrade. Big thanks to Cindy for finding a beautiful alternative so quickly and for making our visit stress free despite the last minute change!
Loved the view overlooking the ocean and loved the sound of the ocean. Convenient location for grocery store etc.
Enjoyed watching local surfers. Not too many tourist visitors to the beach, which we liked.
We absolutely loved the view and the sounds of the ocean washing over the shore. It was also pretty ideally located, since most of our favorite things to do were near Kapa'a: Sleeping Giant hike, Ho'opi'i Falls hike, Lydgate Beach, Bicycling from the north end of Kapa'a. And it wasn't hard to get to the other areas of the island to do other things either. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was wonderful. The view from the Lani of the ocean was incredible.
If I had one comment it would be to replace the entry door as it is not truly secure and you can see into the condo space even with a darkening film over the window. Other than that and a flimsy lock from the inside. Everything was wonderful.
We had a wonderful time at Wailua Bay View. We spent hours watching the ocean, the people fishing and surfing and even saw a few whales. A quiet complex with very few kids. I usually had the pool to myself. A little close to the main road, but honestly we didn’t notice it much with the sound of the waves. Walkable to many shops and restaurants and a short drive to groceries and many island sites and activities.
Great location with many options within walking distance. The beach access is wonderful as is the Passion Bakery across the street. Grab your coffee, a pastry and enjoy the sunrise. Great stay,

Ocean breezes, Hawaiian music playing, lovely view of the bay with palms fringing the north end of the beach, clean, tasteful and comfortable. 3rd floor, stairs- no elevator. Highway adjacent. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
