Property Description

This newly renovated second story unit with high ceilings and loft is located

on the Fazio Golf Course adjacent to the Kuilima West tennis court, pool and

BBQ area at Turtle Bay. This is resort living at its best! The unit has Koa

laminate floors throughout except for porcelain tiles in both bathrooms. The

upstairs bathroom is appointed with a walk-in rain shower for that extra

tropical feeling. The living room has an all-leather queen sleeper sofa with a

memory foam mattress for extra comfort. The living room also has a 45-inch

wall-mounted (smart) TV so that it can be viewed from the kitchen, living room

or the screened-in lanai. The kitchen has all new appliances: refrigerator,

stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen also has a large pantry for

stocking up. The master bedroom with its queen-size bed is located separately

at the front of the unit with its own A/C and ceiling fan. The master bedroom

also has its own 32 inches (Smart) TV. The upstairs loft has two double (full

size) beds with its own bathroom. The property is located so that the aromatic

trade winds flow freely through the unit.

Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of

world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully

manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a

great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle

and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to

a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We

have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ

grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge.

Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos

in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects,

especially ants.

Been staying at these rentals (not this particular condo) for the last 15 years. By far the rental we just used was the best...cleanliness, quality of furniture, location, etc. Best meals at the hotel and Lei Leis. Will be back again!

We loved the location and the layout. It was perfect for our family. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. The neighbors were very friendly. We loved that we were within minutes of some of the best beaches and they were not very crowded. We come to Hawaii a few times of year and this is the first place we have stayed with so many flies. We are used to gecko’s or bugs. Every night we would kill at least 15-20 huge flies. We all had large bites from them.

The condo was very clean, near beautiful beaches and nicely furnished. The kitchen had basically everything we needed. Our only complaints were that the AC unit in the living room didn’t work well. It put out cool air, but just barely cool. The AC unit in the bedroom put out COLD air at the same settings. So, the living room was never quite cool… and the loft was quite warm. We had all the fans running up there and it was hard to sleep up there on some nights. Other nights were fine. We really liked the unit and would stay there again.

Nice place. Would come again. Hopefully sooner than later. Very kind neighbors that were very helpful. Would have loved more information about the area, Turtle Bay and what we could access, information about opening the windows to the lanai and leaving front door open, etc.. from the owner/company. Just the basics. The red folder was not easy reading.. :/ too much legal stuff. Being a planner, would have liked info on access sooner than one day before arriving. Sleeping with the cross breeze was dreamy, even the rooster at 3:30 was just fine in paradise. We loved the quick drive to Laie and Haleiwa, beautiful beaches, turtles, seals, Ted’s bakery, and snow cones! Thank you!

We really enjoyed this unit. Filled with light and close to the pool. Everything was spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. I needed a light bulb changed…they came immediately. Wish the master bed was a king…

Rental was located in a very nice and quiet resort area. Access to the beach was amazing and provided hours of snorkeling. The rental was clean and a nice, cozy layout. The upstairs loft bedroom was beautiful and fit three girls nicely. The air conditioning units did not work great. The one in the master bedroom was fixed during our stay and then starting working. However the winds that go through the rental made it very cool and comfortable in the unit. The lani was peaceful and provided a very nice place to enjoy your coffee. We were very close to many amazing attractions and found the location great.
