The newly ducted Central AC works in harmony with the trades in cooling every room. The unit's bedding – a California King, King, and two twins in the third bedroom - all fitted with premium hotel-level mattresses and luxury bedding. Recessed LED lighting compliments abundant natural light.
The open-concept kitchen was completely redesigned to enhance the main living area's natural flow and is well-equipped to create and serve the impromptu feast. All-new components include a Bosch induction range and Sub-Zero fridge. Quartz “waterfall” countertops complement custom Diamond cabinets, and abundant storage includes a full-scale pantry.
You'll notice countless interior details as you acclimate including solid doors, motorized blinds, 76” HD Smart TV, and a built-in GE Monogram wine fridge. Other details, like sound-deadening QuietRock Ceiling throughout, are more subtle. The washer and dryer are full-sized.
The iconic Elua Village has gated access to the Wailea Beach walking path, and is adjacent to the Andaz Hotel, Shops at Wailea, and the Wailea Blue course. A half-dozen fine dining restaurants are within a short walk, and the nearby Wailea Shops offers ice cream, coffee, great shopping and a handful of excellent restaurants.
This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler.

Ideal location, pristinely clean and incredible views! WOW this condo was spotless. In a place infested with cockroaches, it's worth nothing that the condo was the only place I felt safe from them! Not a single sighting inside, which means they take great care in deep cleaning it. This unit really is in the perfect spot for anything you want to do. We loved being steps from the stunning beach and the complex pools were a huge hit with our kids. Nestled between world class shops, restaurants and resorts, it was easy to pop over and enjoy those facilities with a short beachfront walk. Absolute perfection! It's worth noting that all of the blinds in the entire condo are broken, but upon reporting it, Vacation Maui did give us a discount and fix the ocean facing blinds. The bedroom sets remained unfixed, however. The bidet and Dyson also did not work, which wasn't a huge deal, but worth mentioning that some light maintenance is needed to uphold the quality of this amazing place.

The unit was amazing. The air conditioning wasn't working when we checked in but the situation was fixed the next morning. Only other complaint was that all the blinds were broken, thus unable to open the windows for natural light.

Our family's stay at this property was such a wonderful and amazing experience.
Location: the property's location was perfect. Ulua beach is beautiful, great snorkling, tons of sea turtles, and an easy walk to shopping, restaurants, a luau and more. Short drive to Safeway, food trucks and golf.
Condo: the Team did a great job describing the property. We found the condo to be just perfect, and the included items were often nicer than our expectation. We spent a lot of time waking up & winding down on the balcony. The amenities on property really made it special - the gym overlooks the beach and ocean, huge pool, very large lanai with a all of the kitchen equipment, commercial icemaker, lounge chairs with umbrellas, showers, etc. The grounds are kept pristine - manicured grass, lush vegetation, and very quiet. Don't miss the opportunity to lounge in the chairs in the private area on the peninsula! Even with everything Maui has to offer, we found our family wanting to stay on property & take it all in.
Property Mgmt: Communication & responsiveness prior to arrival was excellent. I felt I had everything I needed for an easy & uneventful arrival. Likewise, upon time for departure, the communication was clear. The Team also made themselves available by text message, and immediately answered any inquiries. They quietly contacted me during the stay to check up & make sure everything was perfect (and it was!).
I highly recommend this property, and only regret not staying longer.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Being so close to the beach was fantastic, and the walking path right next to the place was perfect for morning strolls. The huge balcony was a highlight—we watched the sunset every night. The location is just perfect for families and young kids, super safe and peaceful. Highly recommend it for a relaxing beach getaway!

We stayed here for a week with four adults and one teen and another party we weee with stayed in an adjacent condo. It was the perfect size. Everything we needed was available. One of the best supplied rentals I’ve ever been in. Even the bed was comfortable which we always have a hard time with when we’re on vacation.
We love Wailea and the proximity to Ulua made it easy to come and go from the beach. Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful place! Our family had spend a nice vocation here. I love the oceanview balcony most. And it’s just few minutes walk to the beach. There’s a trail beside the ocean. Hope we can come back soon!

We enjoyed the space, the view, the amenities, and location. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cooking supplies. The unit is right above the pickleball court and we had fun playing, and appreciated the convenience of the pool, beach, and cabanas on the bluff. The location is great and the condo was very comfortable.

This is a beautiful condo but a few small repairs and amenities would have made our stay more comfortable. (1) the shower in the hall bathroom leaks badly. There’s a substantial gap between the shower door and the shower enclosure and there’s no way to keep water from running out. A LOT of water — as in, a small river running down the hall. The first time this happened we weren’t aware and a family member slipped and fell in the hall because the water isn’t visible on the pale stone floors. (2) the unit has stone floors throughout with only a few area rugs. These are cold and hard, especially standing in front of the bathroom vanity. A few rugs in the bathrooms would have been nice. (3) we’ve never stayed in a Wailea condo previously that didn’t have at least a few basic kitchen supplies like spices. This unit had nothing, not even SALT. There also aren’t enough dishes for a group of six. And not a single saucepan in the unit.

Our stay was wonderful! This apartment was perfect, it had all the amenities of being home. It was in a perfect location, short walk to a beautiful beach, very nice walking path along the beach, one of the best snorkeling areas, short walk to a shopping center and restaurants.
