Outstanding stay! Thank you! Extremely clean and well-kept property, at a phenomenal location. The online listing was spot on. We'll certainly be back. Only snafu was that we arrived after hours on Friday, and had some issues in finding the code. Even VRBO Help Desk wasn't able to locate the owner/manager - Thank you, VRBO, for your help! Ultimately, we went back to the original contract email (signed back on Nov 15, over a month earlier) to find the entry code and instructions, etc. Not the property manager's issue - we were looking for communication on the VRBO Email/Communication platform, not via private emails. Anyway, awesome place, the family loved it, and we've already recommended the property to our friends. Thank you, VRBO and Coldwell Banker!!
We loved the property. Many things to do in Kailua-Kona. Every night after going out to dinner we sat on the lanai enjoying the waves and beautiful sky. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with anything we needed.

Absolutely unreal location. The view is 5 star. Steps from the ocean. There’s no A/C (as noted in listing) so widows and doors opens is a must. The screen doors and windows do a good job on keeping out bugs. There’s ceiling fans and plug in fans provided. You’re not sweating to death but you’re not going to need a blanket either. Would definitely rent again but would probably do it in the fall or early spring instead of summer.

Property and area was beautiful. Close enough to "downtown" to experience restaurants and shops, far enough away to stay in the "quiet" zone to enjoy views and privacy.

Wow, this property was amazing to stay at. The view from the lanai was incredible and we had some gorgeous sunsets. The sound of the ocean waves while you sleep was so peaceful. The condo was well equipped and we appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, and even the ice packs/ ice trays! We did ask last minute if we could check in a bit early because our flight landed in the early afternoon and they were unable to accommodate the request, which is understandable but a 4 pm check in is a bit late. The parking was a little tight to get into, and there was some last minute construction going on outside the condo but none of this would prevent me from booking it again. We had a great time and hope to be back soon!

Beyond our expectations, the lanai was large! We had drinks and meals here daily, watched pidsnof spinner dolphins in the mornings, whales waving their tails, turtles in the tidepools below our place and nightly sunsets. Spectacular spot!

This is a lovely condo in an excellent location. It was clean and well furnished, except there should be a tea kettle in the kitchen. It’s a spacious condo. We spent most of our time on the beautiful lanai during the day. At night we had trouble reading because the lighting in the living room is inadequate.

I booked this condo because of the online picture of the balcony and we ended up spending most of our time there out on the balcony. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the large kitchen and nice furniture was all great. The pool was a little small, but most of the time we had it all to ourselves. Everything was wonderful about our stay and our property manager Dera went out of her way to be helpful. Our only issue was getting use to no air conditioning but we were provided with fans which did help. Thanks for the fun week.

Großes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit fantastischem Meerblick und großer Balkon-Terrasse. Schlafen mit Meeresrauschen - was gibt es Schöneres! Die Lage ist gut, nicht direkt im quirligen Kona, aber nahe genug, damit man schnell dort zum Einkaufen und bei den Restaurants ist. Der kleine Magic Sand Beach ist nicht weit entfernt. Die Anlage ist nicht super neu, es gibt keine AC, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist für Hawaii okay und der direkte Meerblick entscheidend. Würde wieder dort buchen.

Great view, great location! Junelle was great to work with and wonderful with communication! She was very thoughtful and went above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I enjoyed our stay!! I gave the rating of a four for properties condition below not because we were dissatisfied at all with the property, but I do think some updates to decor and furniture making it more current would likely attract more customers in the future. Additionally, adding an air conditioner would also an attractive feature when booking a vacation, especially during summer months. With that said, we adjusted and adapted just fine to the natural air and utilization of fans during your stay. Thank you for the wonderful experience during our first trip in Hawaii! 😊
We had a great time and experience with the property and the management team. Checkin instructions were very clear, easy to follow and we were contacted by phone to let us know we could access the condo early with follow up calls durung our stay to ensure all was well.
The location is incredible with the lanai opening up to the ocean. Listening to waves breaking and watching turtles in the tide pools and sunsets was fantastic.
Unit was clean everything worked, plenty of towels, beach chairs & an umbrella, kitchen had everything we needed. We did have an issue with the microwave and someone was out immediately to swap out for a new one.
The complex is very quiet, seems like quite a few full-time residents that were more than willing to help us out with a few things
Parking is a bit tight but we managed well with a mid-sized SUV.
We travel quite a bit, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again. Thank you so much 🤙🤙

This unit is very worn out and needs major interior updating the exterior Is shabby. It does have nice views from the balcony. The internet didn’t work for the first 2 days and the cable TV never worked. The bathtub in the guest bedroom is chipped, rusted and disgusting. That bathroom needs to be gutters

The condo is right on the pounding surf-- great for sleeping and whale watching yet easy to get to town and around. Bike/walking path right out front for early morning exercise. Quiet and friendly building.
We had an amazing stay !! The balcony was our favorite part as we had amazing sunsets and loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean at night. The beds were also very comfortable which was a huge plus. The condo was a little darker than I expected from the pictures and parking was a bit of a challenge for bigger cars but other than that everything was as expected!!
Excellent experience, clean and spacious. Beautiful large balcony was a true luxury. The kitchen could use an update and better lighting. Furniture comfortable.Wallpaper is shabby in places. Master bed was excellent after a foam memory mattress topper added. It’s at an intersection so there is some street noise, but it is drowned out by the surf. Church next door pretty quiet. .
We were very disappointed. The unit itself is located in a beautiful location. However, it is very run down. We could not shut the “wall” for the master bedroom, so there was NO privacy. Also, the master bedroom screen door didn’t close, so we could not leave the door open to hear the ocean. We chose this unit specifically for 2 bedrooms and ocean front, and were so bummed that it was so awkward with no privacy and not being able to enjoy the ocean.
Beautiful sunsets and moon. Loved hearing the waves 24/7. Central location! Would come here again!
