We’re glad we chose to come back to this property with another family group. Janie was very accommodating and communicative through the reservation and check in process. Marked four stars for location because of road noise. Felt like a very safe, well established middle class neighborhood but there is a bit of road traffic noise. We’re still likely to come back this time next year with another family group. Overall excellent value!!

The house was comfortable with a good view from the deck of the ocean in the distance. Kitchen was well furnished and the knives were in pretty good shape. There is a nice covered BBQ area out by the pool. The pool was very nice and the kids were in it all the time. We had a great time and go back again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kona Palisades property! It was the perfect setup for our family! It was centrally located close to beaches, sites, & shopping. It enabled us to spend all day out touring the island & come home to relax & enjoy family dinner together. We took advantage of the fully-stocked kitchen to prepare breakfast & dinner at home to enjoy the stunning view of the sunsets on the outdoor deck. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of 9.

This was a great property to stay at. It had a large deck facing the ocean and you could see the sunset every evening. Nice big patio sliders helped to keep the place cool. Nice big kitchen. The pool was a nice feature too. Owners were very nice and helpful.

We had a great time, and compared to some other listings, this home was price comparable and definitely in better shape. We had no problems finding the place or getting information from the owner. We had a change in plans and extended our stay and thankfully we were able to be accommodated. She even texted to make sure we got in okay. Enough space for the whole family. Would definitely stay there again!
