My husband and I had an amazing time staying at this condo. We walked every morning from the condo down to the water to walk the path in front of the resorts and enjoyed watching the turtles. We watched many beautiful sunsets from the lanai and enjoyed spending time at the pool (quiet and relaxing). The location was convenient to great beaches, restaurants and shopping. Jackie was also very helpful w/ check-in, suggestions and recommendations during our stay and was very prompt w/ communication. We bbq’d at the pool and cooked in the kitchen and found it to be well equipped. We hope to stay at this property again. Mahalo!The only suggestion that my husband and I can think of…the AC unit in the bedroom was noisy periodically during the night (when turned off and not in use) it may have had something to do w/ the wind w/ the portion of the unit that is outside, on the exterior of the condo. It would be worth checking into.
Unforgettable sunsets on patio.
This was our second stay in this unit at Grand Champions! The location is great… close to everything! The hosts are very accommodating and we felt welcomed!! A few upgrades added were noticed and appreciated. (Coffee maker/ new beach umbrella) And of course the sunsets never dissappoint!! We will hopefully be back!
Exactly as advertised. Nicely appointed and very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen with lots of spices for cooking if so inclined. Great sunsets from veranda - with a little ocean view as well. Gets nice trade wind flow through so didn’t need AC, even in late May, which was nice. Have beach chairs and towels, masks and fins for snorkeling (we didn’t have time). Beaches and beach walks nearby so lovely. Can walk to beach in maybe 15’, or just drive to abundant lots right at the beach.
We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, clean, quiet, well-appointed property.
We love the Grand Champions villas. Super location, great amenities, well maintained. This villa features an amazing golf course view with ocean background. Amazing sunsets seen from the lanai. Found everything as described. Met or exceeded our expectations. Would not hesitate to stay there again.
Nice condo in a quiet location close to beautiful beaches and good restaurants. A great place to stay in Maui.
Wife and I played 5 rounds of golf in 7 days. The weather was perfect and the course were in great shape. This location is perfect with lots to do around Wailea. Great condo and location

Wonderful stay! Check in process was smooth and the property was well-managed. The hosts were also very accommodating, letting us check out a few hours later. Walkable to several great restaurants and the beach. Much more affordable than other stays around. Jackie also sent us an extensive list of recs in the area! Super useful. Thanks for the stay!
I come to Maui 2 to 3 times a year and I usually stay at one or two properties in the same area while I get away and have my mental health reset. It's always a nice and relaxing time.
Everything was "as advertised" - only better! The condo is lovey and very comfortable. The location is fantastic! We hope to stay there again!
We felt spoiled staying here. Not a single complaint. Truly seemed like our own home, from the cleanliness to all the amenities...comfortable bed, plenty of fluffy towels, easy to use tv and more. Awesome.

I have never stayed at a Grand Champions property that didn't impress, pamper and satisfy. This was another absolutely enjoyable stay! Thank you to our hosts for sharing their space in paradise! Everything was great. The overall space itself, the mattress on the bed which provided oh so comfortable sleeps, the fully stocked kitchen this cook enjoyed using, the comfortable dining room for working and dining, the living room for relaxing and watching a little TV, the Lanai for the domestic happy hours overlooking the golf course and the ocean just down the hill. Fantastic! Many thanks and look forward to our next visit down soon!

Fantastic place in Paradise Maui. Beautiful property close to beaches, walks and shops. We watched extraordinary sunsets from our lanai, listened to birds and completely relaxed at Waleia Beach snorkelling and swimming.
We had a wonderful stay and were thankful for the parking spot, the beach necessities, the lanai with great view, the comfy bed and the big master bathroom! It was a wonderful stay, and we hope to return some day.
We enjoyed watching the golfers tee off in the morning while having coffee on the lanai. In the evenings, with an adult beverage, we would sit and watch the deer making their way down the fairway. During the day, we were enjoying the beautiful beaches and great snorkeling.
We definitely recommend this condo and want to thank Brandon and JJ for sharing a piece of their paradise on Maui!
We have returned for the eighth time to this complex and the second time to this condo. Very convenient location, great views of ocean over the fairway. We enjoyed our slow lifestyle sitting on the lanai for meals or late night wine
This property is perfect for a business stay or pleasure. It's location is nestled among a variety of things to do, short walk to the beach as well as shopping and restaurants.
Advice would be to pack comfortable walking shoes as the walk's are on the hilly side, but outside of that, everything was perfect.
There is a great breeze, so if you wanted to open the windows it will often be cool enough such that you don't even need to use the air conditioning.
Bedroom is spacious and comfortable and the bathroom is clean and modern.
I didn't have a car for my trip, but there was ample parking close to the unit and the code access to the door was great (no need to carry keys).
I am looking forward to coming back with my wife in the future.
The condo, the location, the amenities, everything about this place was perfect!
Average accommodations. The bed/pillows were comfortable. One of the two showers was great. The location is great. The AC units worked well. Beyond that, there were several things that could be improved upon to make this a better value for the stay. There are very cheap, plastic plates, bowls and cups for use. The light on the microwave didn’t work. The toilet in one of the bathrooms didn’t flush properly. The TV in the bedroom doesn’t work properly (audio issue). The towels for both the beach and shower are the cheapest available. Even the paper towel is from the .99 cent store. The colander looked like it came from an archeological dig site. Besides the bed being good, it’s clear that this is a rental property that people put minimal effort into regarding decor and items provided for use. The $20 Mr. Coffee machine illustrates what to expect during your stay. Would it kill them to have a basic Nespresso machine with some pods for use? When spending thousands of dollars to stay somewhere on vacation, these things shouldn’t be an issue. Not bad enough to negatively impact a stay in Maui but not good enough to make you feel at home, especially for longer stays.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this condo. Very beautiful and clean, we felt at home. The location was excellent. Would recommend a stay here.

We had an incredible time and pleasantly surprised with the size of the unit. The view of the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. We especially enjoyed our morning walks along the beachside and the shops of Wailea. This unit is definitely worth booking.
Stayed here intentionally to experience golf and garden views vs traditional beach view. We really enjoy the peacefulness and had fun watching golfer play Blue course hole 2. Unit is clean, well stocked and comfortable. Walking distance to a lot of shops, golf, tennis and Pickelball clubs. Very quiet and lovely views.
We really enjoyed our stay in this unit for our vacation. The sunsets from the patio was wonderful we had plenty of room to spread out
We would gladly stay here again.
