This Big Island vacation home is adjacent to the 2nd hole green on the lush Kona Country Club’s Makai Golf Course, making it the ideal location for any golf enthusiast. In the mornings, you can enjoy views of early morning tee times and the sparkling Pacific from your oversized, covered lanai. In the evenings, you can squeeze in a relaxing dip in your infinity edge, in-ground swimming pool, and spa before a nightcap with your guests. Imagine the evenings you’ll spend here where it’s just you and your loved ones with nothing to do but enjoy one another's company and breathe in the salty, tropical air.

The amenities inside Holua Kai #26 are just as impressive as the ones outside the home. The spacious kitchen island includes custom Bordeaux Dream Granite slab countertops and glass backsplash, a GE Pro stainless steel appliance package, under-cabinet LED lighting, and solid wood cabinetry with soft-close drawers and doors. There’s also a wine fridge perfect for those evenings when you’re looking to wind down in your evenings with a crisp glass of chilled Chardonnay.

This luxury vacation rental is able to accommodate up to 10 guests with additional sleeping spaces located in the home office and upstairs living area. The Primary Suite comes complete with a large, free-standing soaking tub, walk-in shower, split vanities all accented by solid granite countertops, and its own private lanai. With carefully selected furnishings and touches from a professional decorator, you’ll find that Holua Kai #26 will have everything you might need to make this space feel like your Hawaiian home away from home.

Please note that 7 private tennis and 20 pickleball courts are available for guest use for an additional fee. Of those facilities, 5 tennis courts and 8 pickleball courts have lights. Court Rentals are $25/hour per court for non-members. If you'd like to become a member of the Holua Kai community, the court rental fee will be waived. Overall we had a fun stay just some minor issues with getting hot water to all the showers and the pool temp varried a bit too much. Other than that our stay was great.

This house was the most beautiful house my family and I have stayed at. The view is remarkable and it had every single amenity we needed. Fully stocked kitchen and very very clean. Bedrooms were all nice and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed every bit of this house. We can’t wait to return one day.
