    Come to Kona and rent this clean top third floor condo in a great central location close to downtown, Banyon's, Lyman's, Magic sands beach and Kahalu'u bay.


    One Queen bed in room, brand new six-piece sofa in living room that can be used to sleep two more guest if needed (huge and super comfy). Pillows and Linins provided when making reservation for 4 persons.




    Right across the street from the ocean, Banyans surf spot with outside BBQ. There is also one of my favorite poke places on the island (poke shack) and it is right across the street.


    If you want to relax on the local beaches, be in a great location this is where you want to be. There are two transit systems that run on Alii drive making it accessible.


    Just a 5-minute drive south on Ali'i drive you have Keauhou Shopping Center which has grocery store, drug store, post office, restaurants, movie theater, farmers market on Saturday mornings and more.

    A five-minute drive north on Ali'i drive is ocean front downtown Kona. It also has shopping, restaurants, historical sites and luaus. You can come just to relax or be as active as you want. The island has all the water sports available from swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, kayaking, and big game fishing. There are many sites to see by tour vans or go explore on your own. You have the observatory on Mauna Kea, Place of Refuge, tours of the coffee farms, macadamia nut farms, volcano, lava tubes, lava flows, waterfalls, historical sites of where the kings and ancient Hawaiians lived and much more. The island has some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets ever seen. Watch for the green flash as the sun goes over the horizon.

    Good location in old building. Carpet is stained and feels dirty… the unit is hot with old air conditioning units that work well but are very very loud. No outdoor air flow as porch is concrete walled and stays hot through night. Except for carpet the unit was clean. We used it purely as a place to sleep so worked okay for us.

    A very clean, basic, no frills condo. Stocked very well with all the kitchen utensils available. Great location - easy to access Kona center, as well as points north & south.

    We enjoyed our stay very much. Fully usable kitchen. Our flight was delayed 5 hours. We got to condo around 8 pm. Key was left in a lockbox. Easy for us to get access. The condo had some useful beach items (chairs, cooler) we used almost every day. Place was a little diffcult to find with googlemaps...and it being a little dark. I recommend looking for Holualoa Gardens on the map in addition to the exact number address. Shower/tub was a little slippery when rinsing the soap/shampoo off. Landlord dropped off a shower mat the next day. Very helpful.

    Quiet condo on third floor near the ocean but not oceanside. Pool is quiet and clean and we used it every day. The furnishings were minimal which was great for us (I have a dust allergy). Host was responsive. We would stay again.

    Good location, the AC in the bedroom is very loud. I had to turn it off at night every time it kicked on it would wake me up.

    This condo was exactly how it was described. The area is quiet but close to everything. The host was very communicative for the check in and check out process. Would definitely stay here again.

    Isaac’s property is conveniently located between the 2.5 and the 3.0 mile marker on Ali’i Drive. We didn’t have a car, but the public trolley going North towards Kona on Ali’i Drive stops right on the block. We also were able to walk 15 minutes south from the apartment to Magic Sands, which is a nice white sand beach and which is near a stand that offers several breakfast options such as avocado toast and smoothie bowls. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Basic staples like salt and flour were available if you like to cook. The AC in the bedroom is a little louder than the one in the living room, so you may want to run just the one in the living room before going to sleep and leave the bedroom door open. The fridge worked well, but was a little noisy. We didn’t notice it much as we were either outside exploring or asleep in the bedroom. The apartment building is set back a little from the street, which makes it feel more private. The apartment is on the third floor, but it wasn’t a problem for us to climb the stairs as we live on the third floor of a building in New York City. Isaac was helpful the times that we reached out to him.
