The great room offers warm, soft furnishings with a tropical-inspired decor and the glass pocket door disappears into the walls and blends in and outdoors. Walking through to the expansive courtyard, you have a choice of dining, or relaxing in the ample seating. As the day disappears, you can extend lose track of time in this oasis under the lighted umbrellas. The free-form pool and waterfall spa offer a bright spot of blue in a sea of lush green grass and tropical trees and flowers.
Cooking meals here will be a treat in the fully equipped chef's kitchen with Wolfe 6-burner gas range, sub zero refrigeration and luxurious cabinetry. We've stocked the drawers and cupboards with all the comforts of home. You can take advantage of local fare available a the nearby grocer or farmers market creating meals to satisfy long, relaxing pool days or ocean adventures alike.
If dining out is your preference, there are countless options in the area. Be it a casual happy hour break at Tommy Bahama's, a quick lunch at Napua at the Mauna Lani Beach Club or fine dining in the nearby Auberge or Fairmont restaurants.
Restful sleeps are guaranteed in each of the 3 bedrooms in this custom home, each with their own ensuite. There are two guest suites on opposite corners of the home and a very well appointed primary ensuite with his/her sinks, free standing soaker tub, walk-in and outdoor showers. The third suite is situated in the courtyard ohana, allowing for peace and privacy.
An optional 4th sleeping space awaits in the multipurpose room, with addition of the retractable queen size Murphy bed tucked away beneath the media wall. TV and movies or office by day, and bedroom at night. If you're extending your "work from home" requirements while visiting, we offer a desk, printer and Wi-Fi to give you the best of both worlds.
A 5 minute walk from the property is an amenities center which includes the communal pool and small gym, specifically for our valued Nohea guests.
If you're headed to the beach, be sure to stop into the garage first to gather all the accessories you might need; snorkel sets, beach chairs, towels and boogie boards. Take a leisurely bike ride with bicycles provided.
Located in a unique spot within the Mauna Lani Resort by the Mauna Lani North Golf Course and next to the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel to the south and Tommy Bahamas and the Shops at Mauna Lani to the east. All Mauna Lani Homeowners have access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Beach Club is a gated beach in a safe swimming bay, Napua Restaurant, on-site lifeguards, cabanas, showers and some of the best snorkeling on the Big Island. We were so very comfortable in this large, elegant home, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The enormous kitchen had every appliance, tool, and dish you could need plus a generous supply of condiments and spices. The beds were comfortable and luxurious, with lots of privacy for each room.
The location was perfect - walk to fitness center, Foodland, shops and restaurants. The beach club (short drive) is perfect, with snorkeling and a sweet restaurant. Loved the easy biking and having our own pool and hot tub. Construction noise didn’t bother us but is a factor if you need silence - the neighborhood is still under construction.
We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Thank you, Lissette and team for a seamless stay in Puako!!

Everything about the property was fantastic. The property and house are exquisitely maintained and the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in. The bikes were like new and we really enjoyed biking to the shops and dinner. The snorkeling gear and beach items were everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. I highly recommend the property. We will be back!

Beautiful, new house in a perfect location. Check-in was a breeze. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is a short walk to the beach with incredible snorkeling. The house was large and spacious for 3 couples. Would definitely stay again!
