Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Beautiful apartment! And the location was perfect for us! Our daughter was in Kona for YWAM (Youth With a Mission) and this place was halfway between both YWAM Kona locations! Everything was walkable!! Great food in the area too! Loved having a reserved parking spot! Our daughter may be coming back to YWAM, and if she does, we will stay here again!

This property was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. Something to keep in mind is it is in the city so you will hear quite a bit of noise during the night. The windows aren’t tight so they let outside noise in.

Catholic Church, Kai is a perfect Happy Hour. You can see Dolphins and Whales from the lanai.
