Paki Maui is a well-established, low-rise condo complex on Maui's sought-after west side, thoughtfully designed to capture the island's gentle breezes and naturally ventilate each unit. Discover lush tropical gardens surrounding a serene Koi pond, and a sprawling lawn just above the seawall – the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the stunning ocean vistas.
Our spacious two-bedroom condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed. For additional guests, there's a convenient queen-size pullout sofa. Enjoy the convenience of two bathrooms: the front bathroom with a step-in shower, and the master bathroom with a separate vanity, water closet, and a relaxing bathtub.

• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare everything from light snacks to gourmet meals in our clean and well-appointed kitchen.
• In-Unit Laundry: Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer right in the condo (we provide starter laundry soap for your first week).
• Ample Living Space: Relax and socialize in the spacious living area with a large sectional couch and extra seating, plus a large dining table to fit the whole family!
• Outdoor Enjoyment: We provide beach towels, comfortable beach chairs, and a cooler for your days exploring Maui's beautiful beaches. (Beach gear availability may vary, but there are several nearby vendors to rent).
• Entertainment & Connectivity: Stay connected with complimentary fast Wi-Fi. There is a smart TV. Parking and access information will be provided before your arrival.
Important Note on Cooling: Embracing Maui's natural climate, Paki Maui is designed without air conditioning. The architecture and a central ventilation system effectively circulate the island breezes, keeping the condo comfortably cool even during the warmer months. Ceiling fans and additional floor fans are also provided for your comfort.
Getting Around:
While we recommend a rental car to fully explore Maui's diverse landscapes and hidden gems, public transportation options include The Maui Bus, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services.
Your Well-Being is Our Focus:
We are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment. Our property undergoes a comprehensive cleaning and sanitizing program before each guest arrival.
Check-in is at 5:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We utilize a convenient self-check-in process. Please plan accordingly, as early check-ins and late check-outs may not always be possible.
Holiday Cleaning Fee: For check-ins on Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day, a $75 holiday cleaning fee will apply. We will contact you after booking regarding this additional charge.
We provide a starter supply of: dish soap, hand and bath soap, mango coconut shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, and paper towels for your first week. You'll also find some basic condiments and spices in the condo. For specific favorites, you may wish to bring your own, as some grocery items on Maui can be a bit pricey. We recommend renting snorkel gear for the best fit and hygiene.

We had a wonderful time in #325. We didn't need airconditioning, there are lots of fans and the weather wasn't too hot (March). The apartment is well equipped and Heather was brilliant at sorting out a minor problem. My grand daughter loved the pool and we had a great time exploring the island, swimming with turtles and whale watching. We'll be back! (one small note: parking is very tight so don't rent a big car!)

Overall the condo was clean and the location is ideal, lots of shopping dining within walking distance.
However the condo itself needs a little updating, new curtains, fresh coat of paint, but most importantly a new front door. The front door has a huge hole in it on the bottom frame, bugs are always an issue but this gaping hole doesn’t help to keep out the critters. We didn’t leave any food out and took the garbage out once we were done with it and we saw ants everyday and one day saw a roach.
The washer and dryer could be updated as well.
We have stayed in other condos in this same complex without these issues, for a lot less money, hence my disappointment.
I recommend that the owner take some of the money it makes to update this condo before I would recommend anyone to stay there. Especially a new front door.
Sorry, but I had to be honest on this review, we frequently visit the island and love this location but until this condo is updated will not stay in this particular until again.

Good location, quiet, great views, could use updating as I think a refresh would be a good investment and the unit could charge more, paint, bathroom fixtures and furniture /art, but that is a personal opinion

Beautiful partial ocean view. The condo was clean and roomy; however, we thought the front door could use replacing. My sister and I spent 5 nights there and appreciated the washer/ dryer being in the unit. Beach chairs were a little rusty. Sitting outside on the grassy area overlooking the ocean was so nice.
