    This home is just a few yards from the ocean with louver windows in every room that face the water to offer incredible views of Lanai and Molokai. The sounds of the surf will bring peace to your soul and lull you to sleep at night. From the lanai, you can watch sea turtles in the tide pools, see the whales breach in season, and glimpse surfers off the Kahana shores. This home has one of the best views on the island.

    This upper-end unit has two bedrooms, one king-size bed, one queen, a queen-size sleeper sofa, plenty of closet and dresser space, and two full bathrooms with large showers. There are granite countertops in the fully-equipped kitchen, ceiling fans in every room, high-speed internet and free WiFi, desk space for your computer, and a flatscreen HDTV with cable and a DVD player.

    Mahina Surf is a small and quiet complex with lovely gardens, a heated pool, oceanside gas grills, and on-site laundry facilities. Kaanapali and Kapalua golf courses are both less than four miles away, and there is excellent dining available in Lahaina, Napili, Kaanapali, and Kapalua.

    We rented 3 units for a 50th anniversary family celebration. Everything went smoothly. The property was meticulously maintained, location was convenient and proximity to the water made 228 a special joy. We could watch whales from the deck at any time, and sea turtles came on shore when the tide was low. Loved it!

    We loved the views from the windows and balcony. Clear sounds of ocean waves too. Comfy beds, Hawaiian charm, great location. Vince and Jim are welcoming and helpful too.
