We were unprepared for the beauty of this property. There was not a soul in sight the entire 4 days we were there. The photos do not do it enough justice, this property is a gem. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed from towels to beach toys. The private beach was enough to make us want to return again and again. Maui will forever have my heart.
Right on the beach. Beautiful views. Neighboring units(one was a six plex) used the yard often, not super private.

Nestled at the residential less touristy end of Kihei is this gem of a house. Oceanfront simplicity, it felt like a home away from home. Not fussy and well appointed. This two bedroom home with tons of outdoor space was perfect for our 4 person family. Really loved every min and would happily return. Property management was top notch as well. Thank you for a gorgeous stay. p.s. so much wonderful wildlife to see in mid March with whales passing through and resident turtles :)
We could not be more grateful for our experience in this home. Steps from our lawn was a beautiful beach with unforgettable sunsets on the beach or the fully open air lanai. The home was perfectly and newly appointed, spotless, and comfortable. The management team facilitated an easy check in and also checked in while we were there. Thank you! We’ll be bac!
Ocean front, quiet beach, easy to access and get around. Kihei is a gem, awesome food options and chill vibe away from the resorts. 2 teens and 2 adults and we were comfortable, any more would have been a squeeze. House had everything we needed, Sunny Maui Vacations was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions or needs we had. Would stay here again.
Our family of 4 (boys ages 19 and 15) stayed here on our Maui stretch of an island hopping vacation. Wish I could have stayed here longer- truly a special place! Home is private, has amazing views, comfortable beds and super convenient to everything. Mahalo for making our vacation wonderful!
Perfect Maui beach house for a fun family vacation. Direct access to the beach. Big grass area to play on. All the amenities you need. Safe house with multiple gates to ensure security. Would recommend to any family looking!
My family enjoyed this house immensely. The large grass area was perfect for kicking a ball around or playing frisbee. The beach directly behind the house isn't as large as we'd hoped, but if you go 100 feet down the beach you end up with a more expansive stretch of sand.
The check in procedure was a little frustrating. The staff told us we could check-in at 4pm, but VRBO said 3pm. We were coming from another property across the island so the time mattered. Apparently they fixed the VRBO page, and the staff did apologize.
Despite the check-in issue, we'd definitely stay here again. The house itself was perfect, and the view was well worth the price of admission.
The pictures and description of the property are just as described. The views of the water and watching the sun set every evening make this a place to want to come back to.
