This a very private duplex. Your host lives upstairs. Your's is a new two bedroom, one bath unit, with a full sized kitchen and adjoining dining area. . There is a large lanai viewing the ocean with plenty of relaxing chairs and an outside dining area.
You will be a 7 minute walk to Honl's beach and 22 minutes to downtown Kona.
Infants (persons two years and younger) are considered guests....

This place is amazing! Ocean view, lots of outside seating for entertaining, great parking, beautifully decorated, full kitchen and walking distance to town!

Ideal location and beautiful view! This has all of the amenities of home, the host was great to work with, and the I've been to Hawaii several times and always had issues with bugs no matter how clean the location but I don't think we saw more than a couple of ants and a spider while we were there. Amazing! My son also especially enjoyed the "free range chickens" that roamed the area. A great place to stay!

Jim’s place was perfect for our week vacation! The view, the space, the amenities and location were perfect. I would stay here again! My teenage boys enjoyed it too!

We stayed just over two weeks, and it felt like home away from home. Jim was around (in the upstairs apartment) so if we ran out of essentials or needed anything, he was there to help!

Excellent location, great sized kitchen with everything you require, including additional toiletries and cleaning products supplied.

Jim's place was perfect for visiting the Kona side of the Island. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were lots of thoughtful touches. Thank you Jim!
