Great little place. Very comfortable, strong quiet a/c, comfortable bed, well stocked. Everything as described. Great location, so much right there in walking distance. South Maui Gardens out the back door is the spot.
Perfect location to enjoy south Maui beaches. Dining is nearby, easily accessible, easy parking and amazing sunsets from the balcony.
Linda’s condo was in such a perfect location. Nice view of the water, quick access to all the best beaches in Kihei and walkable to places to eat and drink. There were some surprises during our stay such as construction and building maintenance which I wish we were informed about ahead of time. But all things considered it was still a great stay!
This property is as pictured. The condo is clean and location is perfect. It’s close (walking distance) to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants, coffee shops. There’s a surfing lesson place and lots of food trucks nearby.
It was perfect for a family of 4. I would definitely rent from Linda again.
First time visiting Hawaii and was not disappointed with the location. There's a lot of construction going on but ease to beach locations was perfect. I will say that I had to wash all silverware, a few of the dishes and the frying pans prior to use. Also, need to take care of the curtains in the bedroom as the hall lights basically keep the bedroom bright throughout the night. Nothing that will keep us from returning.
If you are looking for a grand resort in Waimea, this is not it.
But if you want clean, comfortable, well stocked, good location with ocean views…THIS IS THE PLACE.
Stayed 8 nights first week of February. Charming older building in the heart of Kihei. Perfect size for couples. Spent every morning having coffee/breakfast on the lanai watching the whales jump and play.
Food trucks and several restaurants a short walk away (Happy Belly was a favorite). Grocery store 10 min walk.
There is a community gardens to the north of the building and most nights there would be a show or concert. Can open the door to the unit and listen quite well or attend the gardens for a small fee.
Linda was very easy to communicate with. Thank you Linda for allowing us to use your condo. Hope to stay again someday.

The apartment was perfect. Really liked the key pad so we didn't have to carry keys. Very clean.
We watched beginner surfers and whales from the lanai over morning coffee.
The only thing some people may care about is the pool doesn't get much sun so doesnt seem to be used much.
We were able to walk to all the Kam 1,2,3 Beaches. Also central to many restaurants and bars. Foodland 2 blocks away.
Easy to get a parking place.

We thorough Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching Volleyball every morning and evening. If you love being outdoors in beautiful weather, then go to Kihei!! The condo was great for our family of four. It had everything we needed and more. We thought the view was even better than pictured. We loved how close so many amazing restaurants there are so close. Be sure to check out all the food trucks in the South Maui Gardens right behind the condo. We hope to visit this condo again!

The bed was comfy and the linens were in great shape. The location was great - close to so many restaurants that we were able to walk and try a different one almost every night! The lanai had views right across the beach so it was great for people watching - a little noisy but easy to overlook with the sunset views! We had a great time and can’t wait to return again!

Research so many properties and this was the best value for ocean front. My friends happen to be here at the hotel in the touristy area when we visited them we still felt this place was overall better! The space is huge if we were here one more night we would love to stay in and utilize the big island and kitchen!
We had a great stay here. We were hardly in the room but the condo was easy to get in and out of. It was clean and ready for us when we arrived and the communication was excellent. It is only a couple of blocks from the neat food truck area.
The condo was on clean condition, the location is ideal and we enjoyed staying in because it was so comfortable . Thanks to the host for a wonderful time spent in your condo, looking forward to our next trip, would live to stay here again and will recommend it.
My husband and I spent 2 nights at Linda’s place. It is just as pictured on vrbo and is a comfortable condo in Kihei for a reasonable price. The lanai is a nice size and has a nice ocean view. We enjoyed using the beach chairs and umbrella. The location is okay- close enough for a quick drive to the Kamaole beaches nearby but we found ourselves enjoying the beaches south in Wailea more. Linda is very responsive. Thank you for a great stay!
