    As you enter you are greeted by an open and inviting floor plan! The kitchen has been nicely updated and is equipped with everything you will need to whip up a quick bite or a full meal. With quaint dining area and seating for four. The breakfast bar offers additional seating.

    The welcoming living area is a great place to kick up your feet and relax after a fun filled day on Maui! Large flat screen TV and window unit air conditioning complete this open living space. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors provide access to private lanai, with outdoor dining.

    The Primary suite closes off perfectly from the living area. Boasting floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that provide access to private lanai. Drift off to sleep in the cozy King bed. Primary suite also has flat screen TV and ceiling fan. There is a full bath with shower just off the Primary bedroom.

    Washer and dryer allow for lighter packing.

    This spacious unit is the perfect set up for families with older children or couples traveling together, with one half being a studio suite that can be locked off from the main unit.

    dirty on arrival. air conditioners full of dirt and mold. fridge that dripped water all over food .we had no cooling for two weeks. mold made me very sick. under doctors care. bug sprayers came into appartment without our permission. many more complaints

    Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Aston Banyon is a well maintained complex with 2 pools that attracted a lot of kids so donˋt expect a quiet snooze by the pool. Their were ots of BBQs so one never had to wait for someone to finish. They all looked brand new and were cleaned spotless every day although if you are using them, please clean up after yourself. Our unit was a 2 bedroom managed by CB vacations. Overall quite good and well stocked but needed a bit of maintenance. We had an issue with the door when we first arrived as the combination was wrong. Not fun at 10pm and the building security was useless as they donˋt manage this unit. We also asked for cleaning supplies as none were provided. A swiffer but no pads or cleaning solution. No vaccum or way to clean the floors. Nothing to clean the sinks or toilet. As we were there for 2 weeks would have liked to clean the floors and bathrooms. When sending a note to the management company about this we were told it was the responsibility of the owners to supply this. Ok but someone should note this.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was GREAT! Walking distance to restaurants and beaches. Kitchen well appointed. Space was spread out enough for two couples or families traveling with children. We had a great family vacation and loved the accommodations . We would love to return.
