We loved everything about this place! Location was perfect, the beach and snorkeling are amazing, the room was clean, comfortable and cute, and the resort is nice and well cared for with the prettiest pool too! Can say enough nice things! Thank you so much for sharing your lovely slice of paradise with us. We will be back!

My wife and I brought our 2 kids (4 and 1 yrs) for our 10th anniversary and had a wonderful time. We’ve been to Kaanapali multiple times, but this stretch of beach was by far my favorite. It was very uncrowded compared to the resorts area, but with the stunning beach, water, and views of Lanai and Molokai. And walking distance to puukekaa point.
The property was really nice - highlight for us was the free trolley to whalers village. We did numerous dinners/luaus/boats all without packing up the car, The pool was not as nice as the big hotels, but it was nice enough and was never crowded - we always got some shade when desired.
The unit itself was great for us. The kitchen was small but fully featured including dishwasher and garbage disposal. The unit was clean and put together well. The highlight of the room was the lanai. It’s not right on the water, but you have great views of Lanai and the ocean over a couple trees and buildings. Plus the lanai was shady until noon, and had full table and lounge seats for coffe, reading, breakfast or dinner.
A few downsides were the small kitchen, the complex wasn’t very glitzy and felt a bit old, and the unit was a little close to the road. You can’t see the road which is nice, but hearing the traffic zoom by takes you out of the otherwise paradise.
The hosts were very gracious, communicative, and accommodating, and it’s additionally helpful to have a 24 hour front desk.

Much enjoyed our stay! Ocean views from the lanai and very convenient walk to the beach. The unit was clean and owners responsive to any needs. Well-stocked with high quality bathroom towels, kitchen utensils, and beach equipment [snorkel, noodles etc.]. Our stay was as advertised with no surprises. Good job owners and we would definitely recommend!! Thank You!! Hope to see you in 2025!!

We wouldn’t hesitate to return again. The location was great – within walking distance of everything we needed. The condo was nice, clean, the beds and furniture were comfortable, and the kitchen provided all we wanted (it’s nice to have a full-size refrigerator). The hosts were awesome. We don’t have a lot of experience with VRBO rentals, but Allen and Lora were easily the most responsive hosts that we have had. They even provided some welcoming treats and a lei for Valentine’s Day!
We knew the building air conditioning was not working before we arrived. It was warm the first few afternoons. But, the hosts were accommodating and the condo has a ceiling, pedestal, and table fans. With some outside wind, there is good cross ventilation within the unit, such that we were comfortable thereafter.
The resort itself is attractive and clean. The complementary morning coffee was great. We never had a problem finding empty lounge chairs around the pool. We gave Castaways bar/restaurant business nearly every day. The only complaint was that the laundry was closed and there were no drinking fountains in the building.

Our trip to Maui was awesome! The condo was spacious and clean and the location of Maui Kaanapali Villas is really great - right on the beautiful beach with views of Molokai and Lanai. Easy walking to Whalers Village restauants. We saw whales every day from breakfast at the villa cafe! The condo provided beach chairs which we used daily on the beach! And the condo lanai patio gave us gorgeous views of sunsets each night. Loved our stay!
Maui Kaanapali Villas are located in the middle of the best beach in Hawaii with views of Lahaina and Molokai. Great swimming and snorkeling, not crowded, warm water and gentle waves. With two large swimming pools with excellent water aerobics and yoga classes 5 times a week and Castaway restaurant on the property, everything is right there. Fine dining and shopping is a short tolley ride away at Whalers Village. The studio unit is a little small but the price is right and it has all amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
Great condo. We enjoyed the location, beach and view. Check in was easy. Clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend as a great place to stay.

This is a constructive criticism for the owner. This place could be a hidden gem. Awesome location and great deck space, but seriously the living space had too much stuff. Too much stuff on the walls and every horizontal surface was filled with clutter. Way too many chairs.... we had to shove two or three chairs into a corner just to have some space. We had to find another space to shove all the horizontal surface clutter, so that we put add our stuff (and it's not like we bring a lot). The deck had 8 chairs (16 cheeks). Simplify... That said and changing course, y'oud think the kitchen would be stocked... Nope - cheap knives, no spices, NO PEPPER, and cheezy pans. Oh... and no drawers to put your clothes in,.. just hotel suitcase foldout stands. Seriously, If I am going to spend a week somewhere I want to be able to put my clothes in drawers and put the suitcases somewhere out of the way. It just added to the clutter. Still had an awesome time.
I will totally come back to this unit if I see photos of much more sparce decor. Until that happens, I will be looking at units on the same floor.
