Sealodge B6 is a charming little hideaway that blends Hawaiiana vintage charm with modern updates! This quiet and cozy condo has a comfortable master suite with a queen bed, as well as a punee (Hawaiian day-bed) in the living room that's great for laying and watching the waves in the distance, or sleeping a child if you're a small family. The living room and dining area are an inviting blend of modern furnishings and island-style decor, and the kitchen is nicely updated and fully-equipped for all your culinary needs! You'll also be able to pass peaceful mornings and laidback afternoons on the private lanai, which has beautiful views of the Pacific against the vibrant green landscape.
When planning your itinerary, you'll find that you're conveniently close to all that the North Shore has to offer at Sealodge B6. North Shore hot-spot Anini Beach, just 15 minutes away, has calm, clear waters, and is great for snorkeling and swimming. The beautiful (lifeguarded!) golden beaches of Hanalei Bay are also just 15 minutes away, and the water is gentle and shallow, great for swimmers of all ages. The charming Hanalei town is right nearby as well, and has all the boutique shops and delicious eateries you could ever hope for! Enjoy an upscale night out at the Hanalei Dolphin, or grab a sweet treat at Jojo's Shave Ice (if you've never had macadamia ice cream you're missing out!). If you don't mind a longer car ride, Tunnels Beach is 30 minutes away, and has some of the best snorkeling on the island, and you'll likely spot some Honu (Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles) too! For those that prefer to stay a little closer to home, the Princeville Shopping Center is only 1.5 miles away, about 5 minutes driving, and has plenty of eating out options for casual dining close to home, plus a Foodland grocery store! Happy hour at Tiki Iniki is a great way to pass the afternoon with a cocktail and an appetizer! If you have activities planned around the island, be sure to budget your travel time accordingly. Drive time to the East Side (where the airport is located) is roughly 50 minutes, and to the South Shore is 75 minutes.
Of course, if you're after a true staycation, the Sealodge grounds have all you need for a relaxing vacation right on the premises! You can spend the day lounging by the complex pool and soaking up the sun and the views, or you can throw an impromptu barbecue using the community charcoal grills (be sure to pick up a bag of charcoal at the Foodland!). You don't even need to leave the complex to have a great beach day either, just hike down to Sealodge Beach, about a 10 minute trek, to enjoy a secluded stretch of paradise with great fishing, great snorkeling, and no crowds! The path can get quite slippery after a rainfall, so make sure to wear appropriate footwear and tread carefully.

The space was perfect for a couple. The views of the ocean were amazing. I even loved the chickens that root around. The neighborhood is beautiful and the walks, farmers market, hike, and beach are all a must. I would go back.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We were worried about no ac in August but the coastal breezes and fans kept us cool. The place had everything we needed and the friendly managers made it feel homey!

We loved staying here. Sealodge is removed from the main road and feels more secluded, even in Princeville. We loved the easy access to the Sealodge trail to the beach. Our condo view was amazing. It has everything you need for a week+ stay including cooler, two beach towels, and chairs. The bathroom does struggle with older plumbing but worked great for us. My only suggestion for improvement is the mattress. It is barebones and even for me (I sleep on a firm mattress) it was too much. I could feel the individual springs in it. It is a rental and not someone’s residence so it doesn’t have a super homey feel (no cling wrap, scissors, baggies, etc) but was everything we needed for the stay. There is construction happening all around the complex and that did mean sometimes right outside of our door, but it was only during the day when we were mostly not home.

The view was amazing! The unit quite old, not a lot of updates. The sliding windows and doors were difficult to open. The slider had a huge gap at the top and I had maintenance come to fix it. The plumbing was just plain super loud! I also found dirty dishes in the cupboard.
When I phoned the office they were very accommodating. In spite of the drawbacks I would stay there again.

Talked to the management co. twice and informed them we needed more than 2 towels, due to the humidity, and not drying overnight. Never got a pool key. also informed management of this. Really should invest in a washer/dryer, they're not that expensive, & you could get more money per night. It's a hassle to get quarters,, and go twice a week for laundry. Also need more than 2 small size soaps. It's little things like this that keep this property from being a 5 star.

We enjoyed the location as it was near our friends. Overall the building and the condo need upgrading. The pool is closed. The amenities were appropriate as listed.

I absolutely love this location. We were in unit B6 for Toddstock75 and it was great because there are only a few steps down from the parking area to get to our unit. The view of the ocean is exactly what it showed in the ad. Waking at 5:30 each morning to go down to the grassy area with our coffee to watch the spectacular surprises every morning. No problems except we didn’t look far enough into the closet area to reveal extra towels. I would absolutely stay here again. Mahalo

Pros: great view, clean, close to nice beaches and hikes. Well stocked with laundry detergent, soap, towels, spices, cooking utensils, and beach gear. Bring your own snorkeling gear.
Cons: pool was closed entire stay & listed in small print. We had construction across the hall on a renovation the last two nights (lots of bad language from workers), terrible mattress that needs replaced (feel the springs), low water pressure resulted in a constant squill while showering.
