This BREATHTAKING suite has some of the most stunning views on Maui from its two private lanais on the 11th floor (out of 12). The lanais offer panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, overlooking the islands of Lanai, Molokai and Kahana Beach. The resort is located right on the Pacific Ocean which is just footsteps from your door. This location offers various activities including swimming, surfing, snorkeling and whale watching (in season.)
This amazing 2 bedroom, 2 (full) bathroom suite has floor to ceiling windows offering the most amazing views! It is a perfect place to accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully appointed and features everything you need to cook a gourmet meal! All rooms are beautifully furnished in a casual and comfortable tropical island decor. The living room has free broadband wireless internet access, LCD TV, DVD, and fabulous OCEANFRONT VIEWS of the Pacific Ocean and the islands of Lanai and Molokai. Ceiling fans are provided in the living room and bedrooms. The condo has two sliding glass doors, one leading to a lanai complete with table and chairs for outdoor dining and viewing, and the other which opens up to a smaller lanai, accessible from the master bedroom.
From the master bedroom, you can enjoy the spectacular oceanfront views from the floor to ceiling windows and listen to the soothing sounds of the surf crashing against the shore! The master bedroom has a pillow top mattress king bed and an LCD TV. There is a partial ocean view from the guest bedroom. The guest bedroom has two twin pillow top mattress beds which can be pushed together as one King bed (please advise in advance if you wish to have the beds pushed together). The two full bathrooms were recently remodeled with new granite, cabinetry, and tile. For your convenience, a washer and dryer is provided in the unit.
Valley Isle Resort is child friendly, peaceful, has a private atmosphere, and offers some of the most unbelievable views of the ocean and islands of Lanai and Molokai. Seasonal beach access is available from the resort.

Good property for that price point. Needs a bit "deeper" cleaning (down sides of stove, screens in second bedroom, etc). The grounds of Valley Isle Resort are immaculate. The view from this unit is phenomenal. They seriously need to fix/grease the runners on the sliding glass door though...hard even for my 6'5" Navy Officer to open.

Great location on upper floor, high enough to watch the whales in the morning. 5 minutes from Black Rock, Great beaches, the best snorkeling. Will be booking this place again !!!

PROS: Amazing views, very quiet location, kitchen had everything, property grounds were well maintained and staff was lovely. CONS: Beds were quite hard, it was only 1.5 baths (not 2 as listed) and they were NOT remodeled. They had new counter tops but the shower and tub/shower were ancient. (The pic’s on vrbo are enhanced with a filter)

This condo, location and view did not disappoint! It was roomy, comfortable and clean with the most incredible view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, whales breaching from our patio and turtles swimming close to the shore below. Our week flew by! We will definitely return!!!

Incredible ocean views! We saw plenty of whale spouts and turtles! Even a pod of dolphins and a shark from the balcony! The close proximity of the units makes it a bit noisy at night. The property is well maintained and clean.

The view was great…nice to swim-snorkel right at property. Close enough to stores and amenities. A little older…bathrooms in particular, but was fine. Well stocked with beach necessities. Never really had hot water (lukewarm) and the building did shut the water off for about 6 hours one day…but overall enjoyed the condo.

This condo is amazing! Has it all and the view of Molokai is breathtaking! I wish the pool was bigger though. Other than that, a wonderful stay! Free parking also!

We had a lovely stay. The condo was well equipped and perfect for our family. We explored much of west Maui with ease, and were delighted to discover an amazing sushi place across the street. Seriously don’t miss it. The facility was well kept always clean. It is a delightful place to stay and we would happily return if we come back to Maui.

Overall we were very pleased with this choice! Lights in this kitchen were very poor, stove light did not work at all.
Ocean views were spectacular with both whales and turtles every day! Beach erosion overall requires you walk to an access point to enjoy sand and surf. Very pleasant grounds and kept immaculate. Mahalo for sharing this with the mainlanders!

Unit has great location in Kahana, midway between Kaanapali and Kapalua. The 11th floor oceanfront position affords spectacular views. Biggest drawback we had is that every time the wind came up (which was much of the time during our week there) the corridor to the room became a major wind tunnel, and the jalousie windows in the secondary bedroom set up a howling noise that made it difficult to sleep. In calmer conditions probably not a problem. We noticed that some other units had replaced the jalousie windows with solid pane windows, and this might be an improvement.

The property is in an amazing location and the view is breathtaking. Unfortunately the property management team was unprofessional and unapologetic. The listing says you can request the second bedroom to be set up with 2 twins or 1 king. I requested the setup with 1 king because I have a 1 year old. When I arrived, I was disappointed to find that the second bedroom was set up with 2 twins. I called, no answer, so I left a message and emailed. No response. The next morning, I called and emailed again, and when they finally called back and I explained my situation, the property manager said she doesn't believe that I requested the king set up. I offered to send her a screenshot of my vrbo booking message proving my request, and she dismissed it and said it doesn't matter. I asked if they will come fix the setup and she said they can't guarantee it because the linens crew has already started their shift and they might not have extra sheets. When the linens crew finally changed the sheets, it smelled musty... made me wonder if they recycled sheets they removed elsewhere. Overall, it was not the hospitality you expect on vacation.
The dishwasher was also broken but facilities maintenance came quickly and fixed it.
