This is a very well appointed condo with a lanai directly overlooking one of the best snorkeling spots on the Big Island. My expectations were exceeded in almost every way. Plenty of kitchen items. I especially appreciated the snorkel gear and the leftover sunblock from previous visitors. The pool and grill were also awesome. One thing to be aware of is that, while you can hear the ocean from this unit, you can also hear the cars on Alii drive. For me, the beach view outweighed this downside but folks should know that you do hear cars when the windows are open.
Cara’s place was perfect for our group of 4. Spotlessly clean, and located in a great location across from the water. We loved watching the sunset go down from the lanai in the evenings. Cara was a great communicator. She was kind, considerate, and responsive when we informed her of an unforeseen issue during our stay, and went above and beyond in her help. I highly recommend staying here!

This is a great property at an amazing location with an even more amazing view. The ocean and snorkeling is right across the street! Wish we had stayed longer!

Amazing location and host! We loved watching the sunsets from the lanai each evening.Cara's home is beautifully decorated and well-stocked with everything you need from a full kitchen, laundry supplies, and items for beach & snorkeling play at a fabulous beach right across the street. When we had an issue with a strange beeping noise from another unit on the property, Cara was very responsive and reached out several times to the HOA and other unit owners to find the source of the beeping, and itstopped within a few days (this occurred over Memorial Day weekend, and stopped on Tuesday - presumably when the manager returned to work).I would definitely like to stay here again -- five stars isn't enough to show how much we enjoyed it!
Cleanest and most well stocked we’ve ever stayed at. Absolutely beautiful place with million dollar view. Close to everything. Fantastic snorkeling right across the street. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Couldn’t recommend more highly! Great host.
The location across from the beach area and view while relaxing on the balcony was just what we needed. It is a three floor walk up to be clear. Nevertheless, you get a great feel for life on the island at this location.

Beautiful spot and tons of amenities! The abundance of snorkel gear allowed us all to find gear that fit. Having Kahalu’u across the street meant daily snorkel opportunities.
Such a great place! Cara was an excellent host and easy to communicate with. The location right across the street from a fantastic snorkeling spot with gorgeous sunset views from the lanai can’t be beat. Condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. Would definitely rent again!

Had an amazing stay and am already plotting our return. The place is super comfortable and relaxing, kitchen beautifully stocked and the view from the deck is sublime. Loved the location, Magic Sands beach ended up being my son’s favourite boogie boarding spot. Thanks for great stay.

We very much enjoyed our 6 night stay at this wonderful condo! The layout is so smart, and there is plenty of space. The kitchen is extremely well appointed, and the glass doors on the cabinets make it easy to find everything. But the best part is the location and the view.... it is spectacular. The lanai furniture is comfy enough to sit in for hours, and the included beach chairs and snorkel gear make it easy to enjoy the beach close up as well. The hosts were very accommodating for us, and we just cant say enough good things. We'd love to return someday!
Clean, well-equipped, nicely decorated and the location can’t be beat. Beautiful view of the beach right across the street. Great snorkeling-snorkels and fins provided. Saw sea turtles every day, as well as many colorful fish.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath penthouse was perfect for our 3 night stay in the area. The view from the lanai was gorgeous, especially the sunsets
Cara knows EXACTLY what she's doing! From location to condo design details to amenities to communication to check in - she's got it all down. Our favorite family-friendly snorkel park across the street, great views from the lanai 24/7. Everything you need is already here. Please respect her things as most owners don't include all the extras that she has. Book early as I'm sure this one books up FAST!
We really enjoyed your condo! So spacious, clean, well equipped. We had everything and more than we needed in the kitchen. Beds were comfy & loved the high end sheets & towels. After exploring the Big Island all day, what a treat it was to enjoy refreshments and dinner on the lanai as the sun went down. It is across the street from a very popular snorkeling beach. We didnt get a chance to use the beach chairs, boogie boards or snorkel gear but maybe next time. The small cooler was great as we packed a picnic lunch every morning to tide us over while we explored. Would not hesitate to stay here again! Mahalo
This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay! Just the right size for 4 adults. The view from the balcony was amazing.
Overall we had a great time and were extremely glad we had booked out stay here.
