We are so happy we stayed here. You cannot beat the view from your lanai. The condo had all the amenities that you need. The bed was comfortable and the space was plenty large enough for a couple or family with small children. The location was perfect to explore both the north and south coasts. We hope to make it back here soon!

Location was great— halfway between north and south of the island. Lovely views We walked to Lydgate beach every day. Grocery store 24 hrs right nearby. We will be back!

Great location. Quiet and away from touristy areas but close enough to walk to Lydgate beach daily and an easy drive to get to other parts of the island. We’ve stayed in Princeville before, but will be coming back here again. We had a great time.

We were impressed with how clean the condo was and it was well stocked with everything we needed for our family vacation. The location was great for exploring the island. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Clean, safe condo complex. Pool is nice but cold! Used the grills near the pool area X1 and that was nice. Beach is nice and not over-populated. Enjoyed the other guests-environment is calm and friendly. Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellla, and portable cooler came in handy! Kitchen had adequate amenities, we were able to steam fresh clams and cook anything we wanted. Only constructive criticism is the quality of TP and scratchy set of sheets, but both are fixable :-)

It’s hard to put down how nice this unit was. Comfortable beds, AC, washer and dryer, everything was tip top. Location is great if you are planning on exploring the island. Easy access to great bakeries, shops, and restaurants. And most of all, the view. It’s near impossible to beat a balcony on the ocean where you can sit and listen to the waves and wind, watch the surfers and the sunrise. 100/10

Teflon Pots were scratched up when we got there, probably because there were few nonmetal utensils to use to cook with; can opener barely works; no water boiler/tea pot. The Brita needs a new filter. The condo smells a bit musty or mildewy; the smell goes away quickly when the ac is run for a while. Other than the above, it was great - wonderful view, wonderful to have a kitchen, nice to have the ac option, we liked the non key entry; it was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the lanai is fantastic, we loved having a washer/dryer, we could walk to the beach and kayaking...

The owners really thought of everything you could want/need and is labeled to eliminate any doubt! The amenities are over the top and the place couldn’t be more perfect for the price! The unit has AC and that is NOT alway the case when you rent a condo here in Kauai. The temp is always great but after a long day out side it is so nice to take a shower and not instantly be sweaty from the humidity. 11/10!

The view is the main reason we booked this place. The location is great too. There are stairs so that is difficult with luggage but still doable. The air conditioner is rather loud but expected with the setup like most places on the island. Better to have air conditioner vs none at all. Would recommend to others.

The flat was as described, very clean, well equipped, with a very nice view on the balcony. We appreciated the welcome gifts.

Loved the condo! Very clean and just as advertised. Would definitely stay here again. The view was amazing. Loved the sound of the waves. Very grateful they had a cooler for us to use. The treats were an added bonus. Loved our stay!
