The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting; a tennis pro is on hand daily for lessons or game improvement coaching.
The large, remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

It doesn't get any more ocean front than this! Waves right off of the back porch. Amazing sunsets and rainbows. Very clean and spacious. Convenient location.

We had a wonderful stay here. The lanai and view of the ocean was definitely my favorite part. It was so peaceful to sit there in the mornings with my coffee before the day started and we specifically got home early one evening so we could watch the sunset.The condo was stocked perfectly and we were very comfortable. There was no air conditioning which we knew going in and had no issues with it at all. they do have multiple fans if you need them but we were fine with ceiling vans and the ocean breeze.

This is our second stay at this complex - you can’t beat this complex the grounds are well cared for, quiet, with excellent views. Grocery store and other shops right up the street, short walk to the beach. The unit was exactly as explained. Clean & organized. Had everything you need: extra beach items, beach towels & more.

We were greeted at the condo by Rep. Hunter who gave us a brief overview of the unit and grounds.....It was gorgeous, just pictured on the website. 5 stars!! Clean and spacious. High quality furnishings and art throughout condo. The location was amazing and almost heavenly. Gorgeous sunsets with an oceanfront view. We saw whales and dolphins during our stay as well from our lanai. Our only regret was we forgot our binoculars. Between the ceiling fans and cross breeze of opened screened windows and doors, we were always comfortable and didn't need AC. This trip was a lifelong dream and this condo and location was our dream come true.

When I arrived, I was greeted by someone in the property to show me around the unit. As I entered, I was so impressed. The unit was everything I imagined. The sunsets from the unit are so amazing, the unit was clean and spacious for 5 of us. The decor was excellent. The communication with the management team was very helpful. The response was so quick. My family had a wonderful time and appreciate the accuracy of what the unit and complex offered.

Everything about this rental was perfect! The check in was easy, communication thorough, and condo gorgeous and modern. The views are absolutely incredible esp at sunset, and being on the first floor you can walk right out to the shoreline walk and watch the crashing waves. The location is also perfect for easy exploring of the island. I would definitely recommend Knutson & Associates and this condo and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Although Hawaii is known to have bugs, All the properties I stayed in had certificates of when pest control services were performed. I did not find any in this property.
And this property had roaches everywhere at night they would come out on the floor, kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, bedrooms and even got into the refrigerator. We felt more comfortable leaving our luggage outside on the porch. The property was less expensive than others due to no AC but possibly this was another reason. The property itself was nicely furnished but had stipulations making us not want to be there. Such as don’t put anything on the tables that would leave a water ring and be careful touching the doors separating the bedroom from the living area due to them being made from a paper that you can put your hands through easily. The only plus was the location. But I would never chose this property again.

A very clean condo stacked with many amenities including small appliances (coffee maker, air fryer), beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles, boards, to name a few.
Maybe the best place to see the Big Island sunset, directly from the patio, and relaxing to hear the ocean waves hit the volcanic rocks just a stone throw away.
Close to many beaches for relaxing or snorkeling and close to places to do Manta ray snorkeling (you can easily walk).
Would definitely consider staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at our ground floor condo. It was newly renovated so it was very modern and comfortable! We could wake up every morning to the beautiful ocean right at our backyard! What I really appreciated was that the owner personally purchased a shower chair with a backrest per my request because I’m in a wheelchair. It was very thoughtful that they could accommodate my accessibility needs so I could stay there! Also the staff at Knutson & Associates were very helpful and friendly, and made it easy to reserve this condo! I’ve already recommended this particular unit to my friend whose husband has mobility issues. I’m definitely going to come back and stay here from now on!
