Place was every bit as nice or nicer than advertised.
Our villa at Ho’olei was even better than described on line. It was very spacious, with comfortable furniture, modern big screen TV’s in every bedrooom and great room. Excellent WiFi service, fast enough to stream any programming. The kitchen was well equipped including coffee, keurig pods, condiments and spices. Every small appliance one could use including a rice maker. The staff from CB Island vacations gave us excellent pre arrival instructions, met us upon arrival and provided a very detailed walk through. They even called on the second day of our stay to make sure everything was going well. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and each room had a modern en-suite bath, there was also a guest bathroom off the great room. The complex had a very large pool only a few minutes walk from our villa and the beautiful beach at Grand Wailea was only an easy 10 minute walk or few minutes by car. The Villa was also equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas allowing our family to relax in comfort at the beach. Ho’olei is located close to shops, 3 golf courses and many good restaurants. The Villa, amenities and location made for the perfect accommodations for our multigenerational family vacation. We willl definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui.

The property is as described and comes well equipped, the rooms and space are very nice for being together but also separating. The bedrooms are good sized most beds are comfty except the room with the 2 queens the sleepers there said they felt they were sinking into the bed other beds were fine. The neighbors fed the stray cats outside the lower patios and the cats ended up sitting on the lower level patio furniture which made me not want to sit there which was fine since the upper lanai is the best view for sunset sunrise and ocean views. Walk to the beach was fine walking back to the condo uphill was a challenge for our oldest guest. Minor plumbing issue was resolved quickly and the communication was prompt and very efficient. Overall a great property and would stay here again! Mahalo!

Everything about the townhouse was great. Large kitchen, nice separation between bedrooms, great family area. Pool is an added bonus because it never feels as crowded as hotel pools do. 10/10

Booked last minute and so happy Not only was it economical for Hawaii l it surpassed our expectations of luxury living and playing house for 5 nights making out trip spectacular. After a $250 breakfast, not even a brunch.. we broke out the pots and pans and had gourmet breakfast served and cooked by our teenage son that enjoys being in the kitchen. We ate two amazing dinners on the lanei watching the sunset a couple of times. Nice quiet pool with waterfall and plenty of chairs and a bar if you want to unwind and enjoy a cocktail.
Walking distance to Grand Wailea and Wailea mall. Bonus to a long 11 night trip….going home with clean laundry😜. Sunset views at 6:30-7 are amazing!!!!!

Location is perfect, quiet but just a few steps from all the action. Condo is better in person than the pictures, it’s absolutely stunning. Communication with management team is quick and very responsive. Would definitely rent again when in the area.

This property was exactly as advertised. It's a clean, beautiful property with a wonderful view of the ocean. The pool area was equally as beautiful.

Our trip began with a bit of trepidation when we were informed the air conditioning for the living room and kitchen wasn’t working and wouldn’t be repaired until after our stay. And then upon arrival, the ceiling fan in the living room was no longer working. But…….the property managers were terrific! Offered us the option of another unit but we decided to remain and they worked hard to make our stay comfortable. They provided fans and a portable AC unti which worked fine and thenAC in the bedrooms was never impaired. Great job by Allison and Felicity! They went out of their way to ensure our comfort and address any needs/questions we had.
The unit is gorgeous and the view is as advertised. The location is fantastic; easy to get to public beaches and beautiful pool. Lots of good restaurants and shops nearby and an easy drive to other parts of the island.
We’ll be back and staying here again! Again, kudos to Aliison and Felicity…..and also to the contractors they brought in to help with the AC and the work that was going to be done after we left. Everyone was great! Rob

17 days wasn't enough. Third time staying at Ho'olei.While we had a maintenance issue during our stay the management company, particularly Allison was on it immediately and couldn't have been more accommodating. Traveling with part of my family. My grandchildren loved the condo and the pool. my 7th time back to Maui and looking forward to my return. Next time with my other set of grandchildren.

The owners of this property don’t seem to think they need to spend any money, as they appear satisfied with its run down condition. One shower unusable (repair part ordered), second shower barely working, and master shower OK. Kitchen not functional, oven takes 45 minutes to heat to 400 deg, cooktop vent doesn’t work, icemaker not working properly, pathetically cheap pots, pans, knives and utensils. Furniture old, wobbly, and sagging. 3 TV’s, not one is a smart TV. No way to play music. This property is an embarrassment; I’d like to thank CBI vacations and their wonderful staff for facilitating a move to a much nicer unit.
The property was fantastic as was the communication. The walk to the beach is about 8 minutes and the walk to the store and restaurants is 12-13 minutes. However, the walk back is uphill so just be prepared for that. Everything else was great!
