Thoughtfully designed three bedroom, three full bathroom condo in highly desirable Ko Olina Kai Golf Estates & Villas Community. Amenities include on-site community pool, fitness center and golf course. Walking distance (minutes) to the Ko Olina lagoons, restaurants and shops. Across the street from Disney's Aulani Resort and Four Seasons Ko Olina.
A lot of time and thought went into the furniture and decor of our condo. Craving a minimalist lifestyle, we chose pieces that are both modern and tropical, representing the parts of Hawaii that we have come to know and love. We were influenced by the swaying coconut palms outside our windows and the bright blue water of the pacific ocean, just steps away. We wanted this space to feel like home, but also like a tranquil retreat. We’re so excited to share our happy place with you!
As of 2021, brand new CENTRAL A/C. New GE stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Samsung washer and dryer in separate laundry room. Added Reverse Osmosis (RO) system for filtered drinking water at the tap. RING security and exterior camera surveillance system plus keyless entry on all exterior doors.
Each bedroom features a KING sized bed with Molecule memory foam mattress and four king size pillows for extra comfort. Full sized closets and large six drawer dressers in each room. Each room also features a flat-screen smart TV (must log in with your own streaming account info for Netflix, Amazon, HBO Max, etc).
65" Smart TV in the living room also has Spectrum cable. The condo includes use of high speed wireless internet/wi-fi.
Beach chairs, pool/beach towels, sand toys and boogie boards provided for use during your stay....

Erin was great to deal with. Wonderful property with everything you need and more. Great pool on site, beaches and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Ideal for golfing as the course is a 4 minute walk.

We enjoyed our stay at The Koio Beach Condo! It was one of the best place we stayed while visiting. Everything you can need on vacation Erin thought of it! Very clean and well decorated!! You can walk to the beaches, restaurant, stores and one of the best Luau! We truly felt at home! We will be back!!

This home may just be the best choice in the entire area! Erin is such a kind and compassionate host. We needed a safe, quiet place to stay and she provided us with her beautiful home, and was flexible with changing our dates of stay. Everything in the home has just been thoughtfully updated with a light, breezy, beach-y feel. The one bedroom/bathroom downstairs and the two bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs give everyone space and privacy. The big, comfortable beds with near-blackout window treatments let you rest at all hours. We liked waking up early to walk along the lagoons every morning or at sunset. The neighborhood is quiet and the security guards patrol thru the night. The back patio is beside a green space and it is the perfect spot for a quiet breakfast or takeout from Monkeypod. The kitchen is so new that it has barely been used, but it holds everything you could want. Plenty of staples in the pantry and fridge. The full-sized w/d are perfect for a load of beach towels-please shake the sand outside. The a/c works very well and keeps the whole house cool when the numerous ceiling fans aren’t enough. Whether you want to spend all your time in Ko Olina or you want a base camp between Honolulu and the North Shore, you will be so happy here. Don’t think twice, just book it.
