Our family of five had a great time here and were very comfortable. We LOVED the fact that there were beach chairs, boards, flippers, beach towels and an umbrella for use. What a great thing to not have to worry about renting on vacation! The coffee provided was also such a great host touch. Not many places will offer coffee for your stay nowadays, so that was appreciated. Marco is very communicative, friendly, and kind also. My three kids loved the board games and my 6 year old had so much fun with the Barbie car and surf board! Highly recommend this place, the house was so pretty. Thank you again!

The property worked perfectly for our stay! The location is fantastic, close to beaches, restaurants, & shops, and easy access to wherever we were wanting to go. It was in a nice & quiet neighbourhood, making it feel much less touristy! It was clean and as advertised. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds were extremely comfortable! The starter supplies were much appreciated. Overall l, the unit was well equipped. As we had infants in our group, we arranged for rental of some equipment (I.e. cribs, car seats, high chair etc.). The host provided recommendations for rental groups, and facilitated delivery/pick up by the company ahead of our arrival. This was really helpful. The host checked in shortly after we arrived and a few times throughout the stay. We had requested and arranged for a late checkout ahead of our stay, which was very important to our group. There seemed to be some miscommunication with this, but in the end the host honoured our agreement with minimal disruption to our stay. This was greatly appreciated.
Beautiful property, perfect location and excellent host! The house had everything we needed and more. Marco was an excellent host making sure we were comfortable and all our needs were met. Restaurant recommendations were appreciated and all the beach gear was totally utilized. We would definitely would stay again.
Without any doubt, I recommend both the house and its owner Mark. The house is spacious, two-story, with several verandas and a green yard, easily accommodated our family of 4 adults and 2 children. Everything in the house is carefully thought out and organized for a carefree vacation, from the kitchen and dishes to beach towels and folding chairs and a beach umbrella. The nearest beach is a five-minute drive from the house. From it, endless beaches stretch in both directions, differing from each other in sand and rocks, grass and solidified volcanic lava. In many places you can snorkel. Restaurants and shops are also within easy reach. Communications with Mark were nothing but pleasure. I used his advices and recommendations. We have the most pleasant impressions and many photos from our vacation.
Beautiful house, you feel at home. Plenty of room. Super clean. Well equipped for the beach ( boards, toys, towels, ice chest cooler). Marco is an excellent person and very easy to communicate with. He gave us a lot of good advice where to go, where to eat, others.
Lovely property, lovely location, super easy communication with the manager. Delightful cross breezes from the trade winds through the upper floor during the afternoon. Loved the view of the ocean and sunset from the balcony. Easy walk to a gorgeous beach, with lots of turtles:) and an easy walk to the shops in Kihei too!
We feel very lucky to have stayed in Marco’s house in Kihei. So close to everything yet in a nice neighborhood and a bit out of the fray. The home is great, clean and decorated in a tropical style. Everything one would need is there! Cooler, beach chairs, beach towels. Also he is so responsive.

Clean, safe neighborhood as well. Only downside really depends on the season you stay here, as the upper portion of the property can get quite hot if it's not windy outside.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Marco's house. It was just the two of us so we had plenty of space but the layout of the house would also be great for a group. The location is wonderful and you can walk to a great beach and many restaurants and stores in 10-15 minutes. Easy driving to lots of other things too. The neighborhood is nice and the neighbors are quiet. The ocean view from the front lanai is great! There's laundry in the house and beach equipment to use. Marco is easy to communicate with if you have questions or an issue. Thanks!

This place has a great location! Close to the beach and close to some great restaurants. Kitchen is perfect for doing cooking while on vacation and all the rooms and bathrooms were just as advertised.

Very well stocked, homelike experience. Is in a quiet cul de sac and was perfect for our family vacation. The common areas were very homey and comfortable. We could not ask for more!

The house was exactly as listed. It was a 10 min walk to beach but 3 min drive to carry stuff worked out better. Better still a 15 min drive to Makena Beach to the south was worth it. My family enjoyed the private green large backyard when we we not busy. It was the primary reason we wanted a house and not a condo and definitely was worth it. Marco was extremely accessible if we had any questions he was very quick to help. Thank you for letting stay at your house.
The house is located in a central location and it is easy to get to nearly every part of the island easily. You can walk to the beach or take a nearby highway to your choice destination. The house has much of the usual things for free that you would have to purchase or rent. It saved us a tremendous amount of money.

A few of us had been to the island before but this was a top-tier experience. A beautiful home in such a beautiful location. Marco was nothing short of great. Accommodating, thoughtful, & communicative. 10/10 recommend. I’m sure we’ll come back again!
