You'll love the convenient location just across the street from the luxurious Ritz-Carlton, where you can indulge in delicious treats from Dean & DeLuca and Island Market and experience the exquisite 5-Star Sushi Sho, the first of its kind outside of Japan. Additionally, you'll be delighted to discover that Waikiki's famous high-end shops and restaurants are just a short distance away, and the renowned Waikiki beach is only ten minutes away.

RENTAL INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
- Bed linens and bath/beach towels
- Dishes, silverware & cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender, coffee maker)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
Starter Kit: paper towel, toilet paper, 1oz shampoo, 1oz conditioner, bath soap, hand soap & liquid dish soap. (once these items run out, it will be your responsibility to supply your own)
NOT PROVIDED: Housekeeping Service, additional bathroom toiletry, Condiments/spices, coffee, detergent, beach chairs/umbrellas/toys, cooler, or baby equipment.
CHECK-IN IS 3 p.m. – CHECK-OUT IS 11 a.m.
Since another guest may check in the same day you check out, you must reserve the condo for the night of your departure to guarantee a late check-out.

Good location in Waikiki, in a safe neighborhood with easy access to restaurants. Not loud, and the on site parking is great. Unit is old, and quality is ok. Vents are dirty, washer and dryer are filthy, bathroom has rust, and table is wobbly. Carpet was fine but floors were dirty. Little communication from property management, and limited office hours to reach them.

This was by far the worst VRBO experience I’ve ever had. I booked a six-night stay but left after the 1st night due to the terrible condition of the property. I contacted the owner via email to share my concerns, but I never received a response—not even an acknowledgment.The photos are misleading. The property has popcorn ceilings, worn-out floors, visible stains, and a shower that is so old, you feel like you're in a campground shower (Thongs only). The bathroom had rust stains around the baseboards, and the cabinetry has a coat of white paint on the outside but old, brown wood inside. I didn’t feel comfortable using the utensils or glassware because of how unclean it felt.After one night, I couldn’t bear to stay any longer and moved to a hotel. I emailed the owner to let them know I had vacated and explained that the property wasn’t up to standard. I didn’t ask for a refund; I simply wanted to provide feedback. When I didn’t get a response, I followed up a few days later with a 2nd email—still nothing. No apology, no inquiry about what went wrong, no request for feedback—just silence.As someone who owns a VRBO property in Waikiki and employs a professional property manager, I find this level of neglect unacceptable. Good customer service isn’t dependent on how luxurious or budget-friendly a property is—it’s a basic expectation.Save yourself the trouble. Don’t book this property—not just because it’s in poor condition, but because the owner clearly doesn't care.

This particular unit has little to no sun because of large buildings surrounding it. No grab bars in bath tub. Toilet very low so not good for older renters. 95% who live here are older and old. Noisy because of street traffic and early morning patio/pool cleaning. Kitchen small wares need replacing.

Pros: Good location with easy access to beach, shopping & restaurants. Apt was well stocked with towels, kitchen, beach towels, hair dryer, etc. Good building security. Cons: Carpet was stained and dirty, apt had not been cleaned from previous tenant so we had to wait 2 hrs for housekeeping to clean it before we could check in. No contact info given in reservation so had to have apt security contact apt people in order to get housekeeping done so we could check in.

I checked in at 3pm, condo were still messy from previous guests, I called to let them know, then left for their cleaning, came back at 7:15pm, no one came to clean yet, I called again and a lade came at 8:20pm for quick cleaning, 9:30pm room were clean with a few clean towels left and 1 beach towel in bath room, the bed wasn't done with the right sheets cover.... it's horrible !!!Also a parking spot was not convenience for a person who have knee problem like me !However, thank you for offering to refund the amount of cleaning charged for me, I hope this inconvenience won't happen again for next guests.

First, they hadn't cleaned the apartment after the previous guest, and our first impression was very bad. We left the house, and they came to clean it, which took around 2hrs. After that, we washed every sheet and towel again before using them. Worse than that, the apartment has a lot of cockroaches. Even one night, one of them was on my arm in the bed. We stayed there for 7 nights, and after each night, the number of them increased. I heard that finding cockroaches in Hawaii is normal due to the weather, but this apartment really needs a pesticide.

WE absolutely loved staying here!!! It was so nice to be able to make breakfast or lunch and have laundry in the unit. Very comfortable space, We would definitely stay here again, close walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

We had an absolutely fantastic 9 day stay in April this apartment, with no issues.
To address some previous reviews: The apartment was extremely clean, and well stocked with towels and sheets, clear instructions for everything and great, fast communication from the host.
- Over our 9 days, we did not once see any roaches.
- There were no noise issues, with residents or dogs
- The residents were all friendly, there lots of guests too.
- The building is part of the resort area, where short-term stays are permitted, the hotel reception also said around 50% of the building is short-term stays.
- Reception staff were fantastic and also made the stay great.
- Parking is easy and free, with plenty of space for all sizes of cars. Just for context, all hotels, even the small, not great ones, charge $40-60 per day for parking and is more often than not valet.
- The sofa was new and extremely comfortable. It is not the grey one in the photos that people have mentioned, but a new, dark brown leather sofa which folds down into a bed.
Having stayed in many different apartments and hotels in Waikiki over the years, this is a fantastic, modern, brilliantly located apartment and we will definitely stay there again in the future.
