International Colony 17 is a bohemian-style, 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom condo featuring vaulted ceilings, split AC units in the living room and guest bedroom, and vast windows that open up to Maui's paradise. There are no elevators at this property. Unit 17 can accommodate up to 4 guests. The master bedroom is adorned with windows and is separated from the main living space with sliding doors. This room boasts a queen-size bed and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom features a second split A/C unit and 2 twin-size beds. The full bathroom is located across the hall from the guest bedroom and features a walk-in tile shower with a shower curtain for privacy. There are 2 comfortable seating areas in the living area, and one couch converts into a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space, with a Smart TV. Right off of the dining area is the powder room. The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and ample space to prep and cook when you want to dine in. You can enjoy sharing meals at the comfortable dining table while taking in the sights and sounds of this tropical location.
International Colony Club is a collection of 45 stand-alone Hawaiian cottage units situated on 10 acres of meticulously landscaped, lush mature tropical grounds. With its 2 pools, BBQ grills, and proximity to beaches, golf courses, restaurants, and activities you'll have many options to keep you entertained. This property is located just across the street from one of Maui's top beaches, Ka'anapali Beach. Additionally, the grounds border the Ka'anapali Royal Golf Course and are a short walk to spectacular Kahekili Beach Park, fine dining, and open-air shopping at Whaler's Village. There are no resort or parking fees.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.

The condo was very spacious, great size for a family of 4. The best amenity was the washer and dryer! Location was great, only downfall was the noise from the main road. I would definitely come back!!!

Lots of road noise, malfunctioning windows and blinds, shower floor had missing and broken tiles, front and back doors had single key lock, no deadbolt. Keys were missing, no instructions for pool and binder was not specific to unit.
Was close to beach and resorts.

This is perfect for a family of 4. Washer and Dryer come in handy. Full Kitchen. 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom (which was real handy). Tradewinds come in beautifully as the house has windows all around the home. If something is wrong they were very quick to respond and get fixed ASAP. Drive across the beach to the street. Nice central location between Kapalua and Lahaina. The pool area was very nice as well. The only two things to keep in mind is that you do have to go down or climb up a little bit depending on where you park. There is also no big outside patio like some of the units. For the price, it was just as much or cheaper then a hotel which would have been much smaller in size and amenities.

My family and I loved the property and felt very comfortable in our little home away from home. Having a kitchen with everything you needed to cook and make homemade coffee gave our family more time to spend together rather than having to eat every meal in a restaurant. The pool was also nice and the surrounding tenants were friendly.

We loved this property. The house was gorgeous and decorated beautifully. The grounds were stunning and private. There are just a couple reasons I gave this a 4 and not a 5. First being that we could here traffic and road noise from our house. So much so that it woke us a couple times. I think if we got a house that was further back, maybe this wouldn’t have been an issue? Also, there was a window missing some of the glass slats in it. And the small bathroom didn’t have window coverings. We also feel that the location of the house and which parking lot to park in should be made more clear before check in. When we got to the parking lot with the office, we had to do a lot of walking around to figure out where our house was because the numbers on the map were not clear. And then once we found our house, we had to figure out which parking lot to park in.
Anyways, other than those minor things, everything was great. We loved having the beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, floaties etc.
