This beautifully upgraded 2bd/2bath is perfect for families or couples traveling together. Enjoy gazing off at the magical Maui waters, catch a whale or two breaching during season, or enjoy a breathe-taking sunset with direct ocean views from your private lanai. Dine alfresco with seating for four.

The living area is perfectly appointed with new furnishings and large flat screen TV. Open directly to the kitchen fully equipped with everything any home chef would need.

The Primary suite is located right off the living area with King bed and luxurious linens. The ensuite bath offers a walk in shower and large vanity.

Guest suite is very spacious with king bed, luxurious linens, flat screen TV and ensuite bath.

Split AC throughout keeps this beautiful condo cool and comfortable all year long.

Mana Kai 412 offers the perfect Hawaiian retreat! The resort atmosphere includes oceanfront pool, two propane BBQ's, onsite laundry facilities on each floor, free parking, fitness center, activities center, general store, and business center.

Please be aware that all Mana Kai units feature a primary bedroom that is an “open concept” and is not closed off from the living room area.

The full dining restaurant on property will be closed for renovations until late 2024-early 2025. Renovations have been delayed. When they commence, there may be noise heard from 8 am-5 pm, Monday thru Friday. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and appreciate your understanding.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.Other things to note**The restaurant on property will be closed for renovations through October 2023. In addition, beginning March 06th, 2023, the basement will also be undergoing repairs and renovations. We expect that the duration will be 4-5 months, with more information to come once the project has investigated the extent of the repairs. There may be loud noises during the day. Already making plans for another trip to Maui and the Mana Kai.

Wow, we were just so delighted with our stay here. Steps to a wonderful snorkelling / swimming beach (go in the morning, the water is much calmer!), got surprised by a sea turtle out there, little shop downstairs with basics (ice, drinks, snacks). And the condo itself!! The bed was SO COMFORTABLE. The tv swivels so you can easily laze about in bed or on the sofa. Not that you’ll be watching much tv. We ate breakfast on the balcony, then out all day and back to the balcony for happy hour before dinner. We loved our stay here. The host has also stocked the kitchen and unit with everything you’ll need. And NICE wine glasses and big coffee mugs, not the usual tiny tourist sized ones. The only thing missing that we wished for was a cooler bag for our road to Hana day! Mahalo, thank you so much!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Mana Kai was an excellent place to stay in Maui with our family of four (2 kids, 9 yo and 6 yo) plus grandma. Unit #412 was super nice. Both the building and the unit present as in the pictures. No big surprises. There are some major renovations going on to the building - read the notices - which are focused on the restaurant, outdoor tiki bar and fitness centers as of now. These did not impact our stay in any significant way. Although I must say I’d be excited to come back when they are done as it will truly enhance an already great experience .

We had an amazing time at the Mana Kai! Our week there was amazing and we then went to the Grand Wailea. The entire family agreed. We like the Mana Kai way more. The 808 store, the pool, the beach, nothing but praises from our family. The condo itself was perfect too. Everythng we could need, clean, super comfy beds... if youre look at this listing I'd highly recommend it. Location is prefect too!

The beach is just outside your door, very kid friendly for swimming and playing at the beach. We like staying in Kihei, more local not as touristy. Many great places to eat close by.
