South Kihei road will take you into Kihei Town (about two miles away), where you'll discover several restaurants, food trucks, grocery options, and additional beaches. And just a little over eight miles south is the resort area of Wailea, which offers some of the best golf courses, restaurants, and snorkeling spots on the island.

Condo was very dated. Kitchen was stocked fairly well, however the pans were dented and there wasn’t enough to cook a full meal. Bed in this unit was terrible. The condo had carpet which smelled musty. This condo would be fine for a night or two, but if you have a longer stay then look elsewhere.

The good. You’re a few steps from the beach, which is great for early morning or sunset swims. There are 4 beach towels and enough bath towels for 4 people. There are 2 beach chairs. The wifi works well, so does the a/c. The Vacasa team responds to calls /texts about issues.
The bad. The boogie board is falling apart. The amenity description also says there’s water sports gear…which I’m guessing is the one pair of goggles in the cleaning closet (?). The community pool is dirty. There’s no way I would take my kids for a dip in that pool.
The gnarly. This property is supposed to be good for 4 guests. The pull out sofa bed had a sign from Vacasa saying it’s broken. I called and was told there’s an air mattress in the closet! Not sure about anyone else, but air mattresses are so not comfortable. All 4 of us ended up sleeping on the king bed every night, for 4 nights. Our kids are 7 and 11 years old. If we came with teen-agers, this place would not have worked for us. That pull out sofa should be replaced before this place is rented out again.

We loved that this unit was 60 steps from the beach. The unit was pretty average. We had issues with the living room ac unit leaking water all over the patio. The maintenance came by and disconnected the tube and put a trash can underneath it. There was a small leak in the back of the fridge that we had to put a bowl under it. Also most of the stay the unit below us was being renovated, so it was not very quiet until after 9 pm. That being said, I know theres nothing that can be done about that. We will probably use vacasa again in the future.

It was clean and quiet. I felt safe. All the neighbors were super nice. Loved that it was on the beach. It was awesome to watch the sunset every evening. I liked the location. It was close to restaurants, shopping, and excursions. I would definitely return here to vacation again.

Very nice small complex directly on the calm waters of North Kihei. Guests and owners were very friendly. The room had a great view from the balcony. Nice kitchen, living room and bathroom. Very comfortable king bed. Vacasa was very easy to deal with and answered every call. I would stay there again everytime I visit Maui.

I went on vacation and ended up buying toilet paper, washing towels everyday and taking out trash Daily. Never again. I’d rather stay in a motel.
