The owner communicated well and offered many helpful services. Property has no services like food and drinks for arrivals after 8. Everything was closed. Access to beach limited due to construction. Property described as scenic view, but we were overlooking putt putt golf - not scenic. Room itself was spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

This was our first time staying at this property and it is perfect for a family. The room was clean and had all the things we needed for small meals. The pool was great and we spent most of our time there. The check in process was a little difficult, but I attribute that to the the staff. They told us we were at the wrong property initially then a manager became involved and it took about half an hour for them to sort out our reservation, but once we were in it was very good. The only reason I would not give it 5 out of 5 is because the beds and pillows were very, very uncomfortable - hard and lumpy. Everything else was clean, comfortable and just what we needed for our family of 4.

DD was a fabulous host. We would book with her again for future stays. When we reached out about our dates to book, DD said for a small upcharge we could do a 2 bedroom. The 2 bedroom is huge with three different areas for balconies. The entire hotel is super clean. I always saw staff cleaning which was super nice. The food was good at their restaurant as well. The beach is right there and you can get in snorkel, surf or boggie board on a good wave day. The hotel is older but overall a very nice place to stay. We left happy!

You are not guaranteed an ocean view OR a king sized bed. The description and photos make you believe you are getting an amazing room. This was not the case for myself and I was disappointed. The people working for the resort were nice. They stated that they are constantly dealing with these types of complaints regarding timeshares. I would not recommend using vrbo to book a resort. I called Diana a few times and she was unhelpful.

Overall Impression is Good but would like to make a recommendation on particularly Toilet Door.
The Toilet Door is visible door which distracting the privacy when others wants to use the sink. The toilet door can be covered simply art paper/cloth to provide more privacy.
Also if possible small electric stove can be provided for cooking purpose.

This property was luxurious! its clean, comfortable, lovely, and specious! The views were stunning and loved waking up to crashing waves. The beach was perfect early morning, you can go paddle boarding. It did get bit windy in the afternoon.
Staff was on point, helpful, and friendly. All things needed for the beach is rentable on the property. It’s close to many restaurants, food trucks, and an awesome shopping mall. Amazing snorkeling few miles North. I would recommend staying there!!!
