    Pros: Stunning views. Location is within walking distance to great shopping. Beautiful lobby and great restaurant (Pesca). Cons: Lanais were filthy with soot. I understand that being in a city, things will get dirty but there was visible black dirt/soot on the floors, tables and chairs. Dishwasher was broken; this apparently was known since no dishwasher soap was available. Sofa bed was broken. Mismatched flatware and dishes. Old, stained, basic coffeepot. Beds had one very flat pillow for each side. Additional pillows (slightly stained) were available...but no pillowcases. Manager indicated in confirmation that valet parking was available for $28/day, but it actually was $45/day. Bedrooms were separated from living areas by wooden panels. Although we knew this when we rented the condo, it was more of an issue than we thought it would be. It was impossible for anyone to move around the kitchen or living room without waking those in the bedrooms.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice location in the center of Waikiki and Honolulu. Easy to get to restaurants, beach, shopping. Property was clean and all amenities were easy to use and worked properly. The beds were comfortable and apartment was clean. Instructions to get into property were easy to understand and property management was professional and responsive. The only reason for 4 star was location of apartment was near main road and, although 14 stories high, the road noise was significant.

    Location supper good, especially view But property maintenance is bad a)room door lock totally not work, it is too bad , ,housekeeping directly went in without knock door, after she realized wrong room she still kept looking around to confirm whether it is she looking for b)shampoos is poor quality, make your hair is so sticky c)kitchenware is so limited, also dishwasher, stove not work properly d)not good enough bath towel provided for a week stay
