Welcome to our 5 star rated vacation home. We call our home Forever Sunsets because with just a short walk to the water in our gated community you can watch the sunset every night. You are also a short 600 yard walk to Magic Sands Beach, the most popular sandy beach in Kailua-Kona. As you are centrally located the home is a little over a mile to downtown Kona and all the shops and restaurants and roughly a mile from the Keauhou Shopping Center and bars and restaurants there. The house has been a vacation rental for a number of years with the prior owners receiving over 25 Five Star Reviews! The house has air conditioning, high ceilings, gourmet kitchen and large patio area next to a plunge pool perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. We also have a ping pong table, bocce ball and corn hole boards for the active family. When you enter the house it has the "wow factor" as you are treated to a large open concept living room, kitchen and dining room area that is tastefully decorated with custom art and furniture pieces. There is also one bedroom off the main entrance with a king sized bed that can also be used as a separate media room if you want a space to let the kids watch their shows while the adults socialize in the main downstairs living area or outdoors. Upstairs off the main living room is a very large master bedroom with a king sized bed and covered lanai (porch) with an ocean view. The master has an amazing attached bathroom. There is also a small twin sized settee in the room that can come in handy if you have a younger one that wants to sleep closer to mom and dad but not in bed with them. The northern wing of the house has another large downstairs master bedroom with a king sized bed and generous bathroom and walk-in closet. The upstairs of the northern wing of the house has another master bedroom with a queen sized bed and bathroom and second bedroom that has two double sized beds and a bathroom. The house is designed for all the guests to be spread out and to maximize privacy with the bedrooms separated out between the different wings of the house. In all, the house has 3 bedrooms with king sized beds, one bedroom with a queen sized bed, one bedroom with double beds, a twin sized settee, a twin sized bed, several padded cots and a pull out couch in the main living area. What a wonderful space for communal meals and games while offering each couple private space.
Our families loved how close we were to the ocean and many many beaches and fully took advantage of the gourmet kitchen, pool and ping pong!

We really enjoyed our stay at Forever Sunsets! It was the perfect house to start our mother-daughter trip out on the Big Island. Ann was great with our requests and a wonderful host. The house is in a great location. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom which gave it a hotel feel. Mahalo!

We had 6 adults and 6 kids ages 6-12. The house had plenty of room and was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved being able to walk to the ocean to watch the sunset.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Plenty of space for 14 people. Kids enjoyed the pool, very nice to have all of the things for the beach. Host was responsive when we needed her.

We loved the pod-style floorplan of the house. The 4 private rooms with bathrooms made each couple have a great week. The beds were amazing. The kitchen and common spaces were so large and very comfortable. Loved the patio, and had many enjoyable times out there. The location was fantastic. Thank you for all the nice things you had in the house for cooking and the beach. I sure hope we can come again sometime soon. I am going to recommend this to my friends who come every year. Thank you for being such an amazing host.

Overall, our stay here was great and the property is in an ideal location. Our group really enjoyed staying here and appreciated all the amenities, especially the abundant supply of beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. Anne was a great host!

Great house for a large group in a beautiful location made for a perfect family vacation. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and the landscaping is lovely. Anne sent good information and instructions before our arrival, which made packing for a beach stay much easier. She was in touch to be sure all was well, which it was!
